I am from Jamaica 🇯🇲 and we have a tamarind drink just like agua de tamarindo. We also have tamarind balls where we roll up the tamarind pulp with very fine white or brown sugar. So so good….but since living in the US for many years, I have grown to love tamarindo con chili y sal y un poco de limón. Lime and chili make almost all fruit a bit better. Pineapple, watermelon, and mangoes are mis favoritos.

I had never really thought about how everything we eat is spicy. Spicy food, spicy candy, spicy drinks. Spice just hits something within my soul unlike anything else. It's why I love Indian and Thai food just as much as Mexican because they don't play around with spice.

The Moms are so judgemental and funny about their reviews. The dads though? The way we love our Mexican dads. Subtle, honest and enjoying every minute of participating in something their kids want them to do. I miss my dad, he's in another state and he's my dude.
I come from 100% irish decent, and my family moved to South texas. I grew up with mexican candy. My Mouth is watering just watching this. Mexican candy is the best candy. The chili powder and Chamoy is so freaking good.
