    Do you do this on the side of the jeans (meaning I think I would have to do it on both sides to be symmetrical) or do you do it in the back

    Really helpful method to use if you wanna take in the waist! Especially if you're planning on trimming down 2+ inches. Alot quicker than putting in elastic and adjusting it to the point you need...

      It's called a ladder stitch or the hidden stitch. It's used to make invisible seams and repair rips in clothes. I've used it to repair some comforters that were ripped and it worked great

    i did it with thick jeans and it ended up just scrunching the sides and it didn't work out it just clumped together.. have any tips?

      If the jeans are thick and this didn’t bring them in enough, it may be better to actually remove the excess fabric on the inside because that may be contributing to the bulkiness.

      Thin thread will break easliy when being pulled,so it'll better to use a thick one.

      if you don't want it sticking out from the outside, you can just move the needle inside right at that last stitch after pulling and then tie the knot from inside. that way you can tie the knot as messy and secure as you want it to be :)

    First attempt:: I failed to pull the thread properly and it broke. So I gotta start over again. (But it works)
    Second attempt :: It was just done when the thread broke at the last pull 🙂 (should I try with a stronger thread, I guess I should) they say try try but don't cry, so let's go
    Thrid attempt:: Why tf is my thread breaking!!!!!!!!

      After pulling the thread from both sides, tie a knot between the red and blue threads in the back part of the jeans.
