Well lads you have kept me semi sane the last couple of weeks as was in hospital for cancer surgery so thank you (surgery was a success no more cancer)
The tunnel at 4:40 wasn't collapsed. It was backed up with deads and waste rock. The piles are called bunds, and they partly exist to tell you not to go past them because there is some form of danger or other on the other side, be it instability or bad air, (toxic gases) etcetera. I love the adventures you guys go on and the places you explore, but I have to say you aren't properly prepared for, or aware of the dangers that are really common inside disused mines of all kinds. They are seriously dangerous places, where with a little common sense you may well be just fine with a little luck, but where you can very easily get badly injured or even killed in a number of potentially really unpleasant ways. Anyway just bare it in mind. Maybe hard hats, some rope, good lighting + back up torches and even candles & water proof matches for a light source for if you did get stuck, safety glasses, industrial or at least surgical grade gas masks, a pack with first aid and water supplies in it, etcetera, and always someone or preferably more than one person on the outside knowing where you are and expecting to hear from you to confirm you're all ok by a certain time. Anyway, just a suggestion fellas. I'd hate one or more of you to get fucked up. Keep up the good work and keep having fun and being naturally funny together. Great channel. I dig it!
Man you guys are funny, but this episode you guys had me in stitches. Johnny's comments are excellent and Lloydie and Al's reactions are great 👍. Thank you guys for that.
Great videos but be carefull guys, I know a guy whos job was to recover bodies from water and difficult spots. One day a man and his son decided to open and go down a well in their house. This is in France 2020............the son went half way down to a ledge and collapsed and the father went down to help and instantly collasped as well. Both dead due to the gasses which instantly incapacitate you. (its not even a matter of holding your breath and leaving) . An gas meter is a good idea.
Love you, lads, so why not invest in some caving helmets and good waterproof steel-toed mining boots, and some good quality rope. Most importantly, an O2 sensor. Better quality torches with adjustable beams would be great not just for your safety but for vid quality. Think about it.
If you kept going further from the ladder over a collapse the tunnels actually meet back up in a circle for a reason I can not understand. This is the second part of a fluorspar mine that closed roughly in the '80s. The second half of it has canteens with old cans and rubbish that went out of date in late the '80s. The other mine you went to in Derbyshire is very similar being a lead mine in the late 1700s then in the '70s, they converted it to a fluorspar mine. Fluorspar is often used as a catalyst in manufacturing processes so not very exciting but it's worth a fair bit.
Norton so funny 😂 dry as fooook wit. Al “ lloydy can you see where my torch is !?!?” . Norton in background “ yeah it’s in ya hand “ hahaha essence of comedy is timing. 👊🏼👊🏼
would be really cool if you guys could share a little bit of history on what this mine was used for... Yeah.... Mining... just like age, when it started when it ended. Was it Thatcher that stopped the mine etc? This one looks real old but then kinda modern in areas... Like the steal used to support is still stacked outside and not looted.
You guys are bringing joy to many! I'm just hoping one or all of you doesn't wind up like Steve Irwin! When you watched Crocodile 🐊 Hunter you knew dude was going to cut it to close and die! Be careful!
... my maternal grandmother said that the " convicts " were worked on our orchards + quarries ... but some of this is real desperation stuff ... in this footage a blast has gone through this quarry post-excavation to retrieve the minerals ...
Ahh my Friday after night shift watching my favorite internet people, Norton the Strong Man, Al my personal Jesus and John the 21st century Magellan! Cheers 🍻 from Straya 🇦🇺🦘
Do you guys carry any rope/anchors in that bag of yours? Just in case someone falls down a big bloody hole etc.... I presume you tell someone where your going before you venture off down there too? Would defiantly recommend a gas detector if your going that deep in, or even a pet budgie if your on a budget.
Fun fact its a common missconception that you get tetanus from rusty metal, it actually comes from a bacteria that grows on porus surfaces and is deposited in your skin by a puncture wound. Rusty metal just hapens to be a perfect pourus surface so its comonly associated with tetanus but any puncture will do. Love the videos lads beed always exited for a new one
I’m curious have you duds thought about the possibility of those mine workings having large quantities of Black Damp in those old workings you are sooo risking your lives ,
If it makes you feel any better all that stone you were walking on if you notice the wood is still in place above that was muck they must have taken out of another tunnel and placed in there rather than moving it outside the mine. They were probably done with that shaft and Whitehall it outside when you can just put it there. EDIT: however once you got past that part of the tunnel those were real collapses yeah that is hell a scary
Norton and the boys philmcavity .Glad to see Norton's famous cough has gone. I really did think you was fooked..Ace video good to to see you lads showing some Northern metal and doing some dangerous shit again and not giving it much thought .
I worry about you boys doing these mine exploitations. I fear one day you'll all suddenly disappear from social media and the only explanation is that you all got trapped in a dodgy mine. Or worse still only two of you turn up weeks later having only survived because you both ate the third. NOW THAT WOULD BE ONE HELL OF A VIDEO.
Man you guys hav a lot of subscribers...cool...I would go thru there looks like fun actually...you guys are true exsplorers #HELLONEARTH The best than all the restLove your hair cut Al

Lovely stuff, you are most welcome. Best of luck on your recovery!
Thanks guys
Great news for you 👍
All the best stay strong 💪
The title should be "three men explore wrecked moist hole"

Al probably only gone hoping to find some Minors
Are you sure you mean "minors" as in young kiddies, or do you mean miners as in diggers ?
@@armpitfuzz Minors 💯
That pigeon was from Barnsley

"can you see my torch?" "Yeah, it's in your hand" hahaha Johnny Norton you're brilliant
Some say this is the cave where Al (jesus) resurrected himself and moved to a one bedroomed flat in ossett

Can’t resist the opportunity… I can’t believe how big this is, it’s huge… That’s what she said!
Norton’s only fans page, it’s the explicit content we didn’t know we needed 🤞🏼
Negative Norton, top wrestling name, tag teaming with Sensible and Caring lloydy..

That was a great one. Loved it and they did really well, mostly. Lol
oh yes the cave show 👌🏻👌🏻
Probably a James bond style mine like in A View to A Kill in 1985 with Roger Moore. Watching Grace Jones come at you in this mine is a scary thought.
Oh I dunno could be worse could be teresa coffy......
I couldn't stop myself I had to watch
I was expecting l.o.t.r references and I got them, thank you
Just a heads up next time you go in a mine grab yourself a gas meter. Helps you from popping your clogs.
Awesome as always

Rumour has it as a DeLorean stored somewhere in a cavern in there!

Would love to see what's further down.
you guys have big balls!
That reflection in the water at 6:15, haha! WTF
I’m curious have you duds thought about the possibility of those mine workings having large quantities of Black Damp in those old workings you are sooo risking your lives ,
Just waiting to see Gollum jump out in front of you guys.
You guys are pukka comedy all the way. You could say you three are like my northern sunshine when things are just doom and gloom at the moment.💯👍👍🤣🤣✌️

"we weren't prepared for how big this is..."
That's what she said
Al should do a whole video in heels.
Did you know i find unicorn kingdom in Pyongyang mines?
I'm a big fan of your absurdly oversized military hats.
Left at the Cat and dog cafe, right at Mooli corner
Loving the safety t shirts...
Awe Al is adorable 😻
Places like this can be very dangerous, becarefull lads
Norton and the boys philmcavity .Glad to see Norton's famous cough has gone. I really did think you was fooked..Ace video good to to see you lads showing some Northern metal and doing some dangerous shit again and not giving it much thought .
Yaassss the cave show!!!!
Shall we throw rocks at it and see if we can make it fall down!! 🤣🤣🤣 Genius! 🤣🤣
um num shabaa.. um num shabaa ... Al reminds me of one of them sweaty hypnotised blokes in temple of doom when he's took his shirt off
Every video I watch of these 3 they say "it's like a dog barking"
i watched this in the cupboard under the stairs to get the full effect
"Well... that were a waste of time."
The next HoE t-shirt, Norton testing out the new HoE slogan or maybe just reading the YT comments out loud.
Proper Dangerous. I'd go back to pressing flowers. !!!
Awesome 👏 👍 😎
How can it be Hell on Earth...when you're in the earth? 🤔
Please don't die lads!
Keep my head busy

Only liked because I want to see Norton's only fans.
I never thought it but you guys see all the birds in these mines lately!
"We were not prepared..." Looks like you freaked yourselves out.
Fred Dibnah had coal mine. Any chance of getting in there?
RIP king of the chimneys!
the cave show is the best guy,s .
Should have said welcome to the ghost show! 😳 Watch carefully.
Please please revisit this, more torches 🔦 more brains... maybe bring the Welsh guy 😂
I would of been nervous... not you guys. Hilarious!!

We need more abandoned homes 🏡
Man you guys hav a lot of subscribers...cool...I would go thru there looks like fun actually...you guys are true exsplorers #HELLONEARTH The best than all the restLove your hair cut Al
Research Tartaria and melted buildings lads. Your mind will be blown
You guys need to carry o2 meters , same as canary in a coal mine , you pass out and never wake up
Dwarfed by the time the man is trying to get the details of your life
Congratulations
wot torches are yous using
Al hasn't washed his shorts in 2 weeks? Bet they smell like fudge, but in a good way.
"and they call it a mine.......A MINE"
Lol keep it up boys love the show
