Man, Activision really did Kurt Cobain dirty in this game. Same applies to Johnny Cash, Shirley Manson, Carlos Santana, and Matt Belamy. Activision later did the same exact thing with No Doubt, Adam Levine and Taylor Swift. No Doubt being completely playable in any song in Band Hero was why they sued Activision along with Courtney Love expressing her disappointment and then partnering with No Doubt on their lawsuit against Activision
