wild - I just opened up mine to clean it and it is missing the top right screw on the joystick PCB. Only has the lower left one - and looking at the plastic it never had the top right one installed for some reason.

Its not that they dont work. They are just very stroct about how they are hit. You always have to have another button lower on the fret buttons to hit them. And without a crt tv, you have to deal with lag thanks to no calibration. This was fixed in the sequel

I tried to use the slider bar the same way you did but every time I tried to use it, it would get stuck on the color I first touched it on, and would not move no matter how much i moved my finger. Am I doing something wrong

The slider bar does not work that well for me. Zero notes on screen to test it. Instantly miss every single thing.
