dclarkjeannine I use this soap on a regular basis and I have to say it works. I can see a significant difference with my hyper-pigmentation and acne. It can be very drying so be sure to finish with a moisturizer. I personally use aloe Vera gel!
dclarkjeannine I haven't tried the Shea moisture brand, but if for whatever reason you try it and it doesn't work out for you - try Dudu Osun. That's the black soap I swear by. Many west Africans do, actually!

Yes your skin has improved a lot I also suffer from adult acne I'm currently using the cetaphil gentle cleanser alternating with a glycolic acid cleanser and I also got the vanity planet spin brush set I love it what's the name and brand of the cleanser you use not the African black soap by the way love your videos😍
I love almond oil and the bombers peppermint soap. However I never use my spin brush until after I cleanse my face and rinse one time around. I use my spin brush on the second wash with a less gentler moisturizing soap to prevent pushing any makeup residue in my pores.

Smart girl!!!!! I use paper towels too!!!! I use a little baking soda in my spectro gel. I use apple cider vinegar as a toner and witch hazel. These helped so much with my oily skin break outs and dark marks.
