Such wonderful news on your scan! I take VitB shots as well to get me through the winter for aches pains n all sorts. But finding that it doesn’t quite hit the emotional spot. I’ve since come across ashwagandha and have wonderful results with my emotions. I take 2 gummies (cause getting sick of swallowing pills as you probably are yourself!!) in the morning and I’m happy little vegimite all day!! I’m trying my hardest to keep away from the anti depressants. Anyway I’m rambling! Congratulations again and take care. Love from down under ❤🇦🇺
