Accidentally formatted my win10 partition.. so when I try to boot I get

Is there a boot-cd that can create the boot data? The windows partition looks to be ok.
If not, I can pull the drive and access it via a usb/sata cable on a Win10 machine.. however, I'm not seeing bootrec or other command-line tools that work!

I have 2 SSD, in which two different windows OS is installed and 3 HDD in my PC. I use to change (Remove the cable connection) the SSD sometime in which windows OS is installed. After changing it one of my HDD wasn't showing in Disk Management, it was offline. So i convert it to Online mode after which the allocated partition was gone. It only show 931.51 unallocated. There was around 700 GB data in this HDD. What to do so that this HDD is back with partition and data. Or How can i get all data back. I tried various data recover software but only able to get 40 gb of data recovered

i installed a program to move C drive files and games to D drive after i realised it was max 500mb free moving. i deleted the program called AOMEI. looked for another program called easeUS same thing 500mb max moving space for free so i deleted the program again. i stopped searching and REALISED I LOST 3500 GB OF SPACE. MY GAMES AND MILION FILES GOT DELETED ITS JUST GONE I ONLY HAVE A FEW FILES LEFT!!!!!!! WTF IS THIS HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE my C drive is an ssd 250gb and my D drive is 4TB. 4000 GB

My hard drive had to be formatted while partitioning the disk, after that I had to put new windows in it, after that while partitioning the disk, its size was reduced already and could I get my data recovered, I tried using many software Old data was not showing in it
