I mostly use poke genie. They have a queue system so you can see if people are waiting to do a raid. So if you see 200 people waiting for the raid boss you're next to, you host the raid and will quickly have 5 others to raid with you. Side bonus is 3000xp each for the new friendships. So a tier 5 raid will get you 25k or 50k with an 🥚!

They changed the price for some of the megas. slowbro, houndoom and manetric were lowered to 100 mega energy. And gyarados and altaria were raised to 300
Well this xp catch bonus can be helped to break the current world record when another 4x catch xp bonus comes... And by the way if I do one pushup everytime pokedaxi says " Go ahead " then I would surely become a good bodybuilder in the future 🤣
A much needed update to a very old system. I personally still don't think I'll use megas that much, but having the ability get a free evolve and not take up my buddy slot for energy is nice.

For a better chance at obtaining XL candy with a buddy: 1. does that Pokémon need to be your buddy and mega evolved at the same time? 2. could I, for example, walk a Squirtle if I have a Blastoise that is mega evolved? 3. walk a Squirtle if I have a Blastoise that has been mega evolved but is not currently mega evolved?

Is this the best way to do it or is there specific IVs I should focus on with MEGA Evolved Pokemon since they can only be used in raids anyways.

I hadn't done it yet(cause I always just went to Beedrill to work on that mega badge) but I just went though my list of Pokemon and tagged the ones that I have mega evolved in the past with a Mega tag and also lined up the upcoming Kangaskhan, Latias, and Latios seeing as they are in the dex entry now to prepare for working on the level up system.

If I have multiple Mega Energy for a Pokemon (Let's say 1,000 Energy for Beedrill), does this theory work: I activate Beedrill's Mega Evolution and cancel its Mega Evolution immediately afterwards by Mega Evolving another pokemon. Since I have several mega-energy in storage, I can directly mega-evolve it again without waiting for the end of the cooldown. In other words, can I reach mega evolution rank 4 much faster than 30 days? I could even reach it the same day if I have access to energy! 😁
Is there going to be a MEGA POKEMON MASTERCLASS? It's kind of hard for people like me to get mega energy because I can barely do strong raids because I play solo, none of my friends play anymore. Is it still 200 energy to Mega each individual pokemon for the first time, or is it unlocked across all of the same? ie If I mega evolve a Charizard, then get a hundo will I need to spend the 200 again like it is now?

Each different Charizard will require 200 initial energy yes!
Why haven’t they announced the raids for may yet ? And the new mega raid should starting tomorrow but no announcement. In some parts of the world it’s already Friday.
I farmed energy most of the pokemon except Ampharos and houndoom ENOUGH to cover the requirement for the entire month, I havent felt this kind of grind since elden ring
I wonder why the platinum medal for Mega Evolution Guru takes 46 different Mega Evolutions, but if I’m not mistaken there are 48 different Mega Evolutions. I was thinking that maybe the medal counts both of Charizard his Mega Evolutions as one, but this is not the case, the medal counts them as 2 different Mega Evolutions. Thoughts?

Don’t know if the bonus XL for catching is an additional +25% on the 10% from the high level mega evolution I think that’s what this image has meant but we won’t know until we unlock them further

Latias and latios are 300 to mega evolve, if you go to the information page of your latias you should see mega energy

The 10% attack boost is for other Pokémon in the raid. That’s existed since megas came out.

No. I've mega evolved my Beedrill upwards of 20 times in the past, and it started at Base Level

Im an Aussie early access so yeah sadly you need to mega 60 times
you still have to pay the 200 to mega x even after you mega y because they are 2 different ones so I would think both still need to be maxed sepertly

First Pokémon I’m doing is my perfect Gyarados. Magikarp gets candies sonfast with a puffin
