The N3s are really night and day from the original noiseless of that era. I had a Mexican deluxe for a hot second in 2015 and the noiseless on that aren't near the tone of the American issue N3 pickups. They are alike in intent, but follow through is different. I love the mint with the Sienna
One could argue that a stacked coil will never sound exactly the same as a true single, but these N3's still sound like a Strat to me, so I'll call it a win. I think this is my favorite color of that series
Hi, thanks for watching. It was $950 USD. I would say it was well below market value, from a guy who was just clearing out most of his guitar gear. I would expect more like $1300-$1500.
