When I come and visit we stay at a hotel together and they don’t question whether we are married or not! Muslim countries are very safe . Maybe execpt 2 or 3 countries are not but majority are really safe . Because firstly they have very strict laws for the safety of women and if anyone tried to do anything , women there can freely go and complain about the thing . I was in Doha for work during the world cup and I had an emergency ambulance took 40 min to arrive while I was not in condition to speak they kept asking stupid questions and when I arrived at the hospital while im shaking crying and screaming they left me like that for 3 hours exactly while doctors were cracking jokes and flirting with me even asking my number while im asking for help after 3 hours they decided to inject me with morphine without my permission or even informing me, my heart almost stopped cuz he injected too fast. They did tests they said i never received any results and told me i had nothing. When in fact I was in a life or death situation and God helped me live i don't know how. I would not recommend a woman going anywhere near this country. If they see you walk without a man they consider you a slut.
