Hi Steven, Yeah, I saw your mill in one of your videos, looks a lovely machine, they can make for some interesting machining, personally I like prefer using the horizontal mill over the vertical. Cheers!
Hi Paul, Yeah, using square stock would be a better method, I used what I had, I forgot to mention in the video I'm using st st which I believe is not always readily available in square stock. Cheers.
Hi Nigel, I think we are going to have to give you the nickname of "The Postman..." as you always deliver... I would really be interested in watching the small vice build. Take care Paul,,
You should make a video dedicated entirely to torturing metal in the machine shop. I'm sure you have numerous outtakes documenting your abuse of helpless metallic elements lying discarded on the cutting-room floor.
great stuff, shame about your parting tool but thats interrupted cuts for you, I can guess what's on your christmas list. would be nice to see video on vise build. maybe plans available?
Hey... sorry, i'm late this time.... 😑 i had to work im my shop (i am grading up my workbench) Its a great small part! Nice done! Interesting method! Stay healthy!

I have a small horizontal mill coming into my shop soon. It is good to see it being used to build small parts. Enjoyed.
