love ANA'S choice of unique livery for each A380 like how Norwegian airlines have different images of people on their tail of air planes. Makes the plane have its own character .

I can agree airbus makes great planes. But in my opinion that is not profitable for ANA. Since the A380 has 4 engines. They want fuel. A LOT OF FUEL. That makes the A380 very expensive to operate. But the A380 has a large capacity. That is good.

Congrats to ANA on receiving their first a380-800
I'll never forget seeing my first in-service A380 in 2007 when Singapore Airlines landed and took off from Heathrow Airport for the first time. It's sad that its days of production is coming to and end, but at least we get to see these beauties fly for at least another 20-30 years. There could be a huge demand to convert them into freighters in 20 years time. A380-800F might actually be seen (not as a new airframe of course).

A380 was, is and will be the best, it's just not fetching the manufacturer sufficient revenue which they were expecting hence they are suspending its production.
Sharp livery, hope they put as much money into maintenance to keep it air worthy, norm is usually an airline does when they invest in a livery such as this, nice catch
Hawaii is very popular with the Japanese and that's why they painted it Honu to honor their routes to Hawaii. So i think they'll managed it.

Just asking, I’m not an avid aviation enthusiast but A380 plus was launched in sometime late 2017 with sharklet winglets and increased wingspan which allows 4% fuel economy, why didn’t ANA go for an A380 plus rather then sticking to the old A380 when they had this option.
