Today I asked myself the question, rather than what are my "top ten for life", what if I HAD to start over - for some reason I lost all of my perfumes or had to start at square one, which would be my top priorities? These are the ones I picked. Of course this will likely be different in about 6 months, but today - these are my choices!

The Crystal Noir was my very first fragrance! I still love it so much and will alway purchase it again.
I LOVE this concept! The first one I'd repurchase is Miss Dior. Then D&G L'Imperatrice.
I'm very new to perfume (Im 19 and just was alowed to get my first perfume two years ago) so this is more like "which one will I buy an actual bottle of first" which is Clinique Happy. It was my first and its still my favorite.
I smelled Happy when I was 18 and a decade later I still like it.
Clinique Happy is a pretty scent too. 😘😘😘

This literally happened to me! My house burned down in a wildfire and I wasn’t able to save my beloved fragrance collection! The first things I bought were nectar and gold from commodity 🥰👏🏻

Note on the montale.. one they come feeling half empty.. two, you can twist them open to see what's left .. they feel extra light because of the thin metal I think but I was happy when I noticed I can open 😊
I totally agree about not being able to see how much is used up in the Montale bottles! And especially with them being so lightweight on top of it. They feel almost empty when they are full so it's so hard to determine how much is used up. 😅 Some of my immediate repurchases would be this is her, hypnotic poison, Prada Soleil au zenith, Armani lei, and a few others. Doing a 10 for life video soon and those will definitely be in there! Great video as always Ilythia. I love seeing how your tastes change, evolve, and refine over time. ❤️

Oh I’m liking this caption very much!!! This is what I wished I knew instead of buying and reselling - which I did when I first started gathering perfumes. Wished I went straight to Delina Exclusif but I ended up buying so many cheapies which looking back, if only I waited and saved I could have started out buying PERMANENT good quality pieces for my fragrance wardrobe 😍 ps, Eau Fraiche is gorgeous and versatile all year round, a must have for every woman indeed!

If I had to start over and repurchase, it would be Baccarat Rouge 540, Kilian Angels Share, Roja c Creation E, Elixir, Spirituese Double Vanille, TF Soleil Blanc, Lost Cherry, Flowerbomb, Sunshine Women, Rehab, Rouge Smoking and Chanel No. 5.
I would definitely repurchase Florabotanica, Delina Exclusif, Chance Eau Tendre and Killian Angels Share and Olympea. Great video.

For me it’s Olympea, NR for her edp, Cloud Ariana, Burberry her intense, Versace crystal noir, and Scandal by night JPG.
Bond #9 Tribeca is such as a great fragrance. I just can't bring myself to spend $400 for it. I would spend $200 but it's not soooo unbelievable that it's worth $400 in my opinion.
I would get Chanel Beige and Cristalle edp, Jour d'Hermes Absolu, Baccarat Rouge 540, Sisley Eau du Soir, Lancôme Tresor In Love, Dior Addict, Bvlgari Omnia Crystalline.

I hadn't heard olympea was being discontinued? I love Olympea, but these are my top priorities. It doesn't mean I woudn't also buy Olympea - these would jsut be the ones I'd buy FIRST lol :)

@@thesimplechiclife The one in the black bottle is Donna Karan Liquid Black Cashmere. I've tried it, but I always come back to the original cashmere, I love how it smells on me.

I have recently tried Alien in the store and I loved the scent, however I noticed it faded very fast. I sprayed twice in the same spot to get an idea of how I would like it. Sadly it has no staying power.
D&G The Only One is the best for me.

Not agree with Florabotanica (consider: I also love smelling it from the cap).
I have Florabotanica since last year. the issue is that is doesn’t work in any time of the year (except, maybe the early spring, but I have better choices for that period).
it doesn’t work in winter, because is too sharp and it doesn’t work in hot summer, because it is too aromatic, like extremely aromatic, like smokey herbal stuff
I watch your videos often and I’m a huge fragrance lover. I buy colognes for myself and my mom ends up with the perfumes but if I had to choose my list would be odd. The top 2 are my absolute favs(esp the first one it’s so good and better than the OG IMO). The rest are in no order.

Chanel perfumes won't get any existing complaints as female (CM I’m talking to you) don't get wrong I love them and I’ve been wearing them for about a decade now but they're more of office type of fragrance except for No5 which is seductive but not for everyone. Dior exclusive collection is now watered down and a total waste of money.

I haven't been to a Jo Malone counter for quite some time and don't want to blind buy them. (due to cost and what I hear are performance issues), but rest assured I plan to visit a counter and see if there is one I love and want to bring back to share. So far I have not found the Jo Malone that I love.

Hii, I just really wanted to know how affordable are designer perfumes in your country? In my country ( Iran ) as a middle class you can only have one maybe 2 perfumes in 6 months, it's actually really expensive. Like a good designer perfume can cost 1/5 salary of an average employee :( I just wish I could only afford one as a 19 teenager
Oh wow!! I had no idea. I guess it depends where you live as well. They are very affordable here. They’re not cheap but they’re not nearly that expensive
I live in Canada and designer fragrances range from $90-$150 (some a little more for bigger bottles). When I was a teenager and working part time, I would never buy them, because I thought they were too expensive for me (I stuck to the 20$ perfumes lol). But now I do buy them, and I've found online shops that sell them for a little cheaper (like $45-$90). You can search online for average income in Canada, but to give you an idea, minimum wage is $15/hour, and "low income" cutoff is around $35 000 - $40 000 / year.

I did get the extrait originally quite a few months ago but I find the EDP is more feminine and works better for me:) I gifted the extrait to my boyfriend and he loves it

Flowerbomb anf ALL OLYMMPEAS are @till my thing. Lovre them. Have probably 60 plus scents. Most just sit there. I like Blaclk Phantom Roja Elixer and many more niche. Too pricey to wear daily or I would not want to.I LOVE LIXIRY. CAN'T HELP IT
