You can hear it at the beginning of the song over the piano. Sebastian puts these ambient tracks together. Austin and Sebastian used this technique to great effect in their cover of Tears in Heaven.

Amazing cover. Yes very emotional, sad lyrics. Tim Foust's voice isn't down there, but Austin Brown's voice came close to being there.
