Happy Distaff Day! Trying to learn to spin like a medieval viking. 😂 My distaff is just a fat dowel I can rest on the chair so I don't have to support the weight. I chose a semi-fat dowel so my hands don't cramp as much. If it works I will paint it happy colors. It's snowing here so a nice morning to play.
Excellent choice for a distaff😸 My husband turned me a hand held one that is just a fancy “fat dowel” Enjoy your day and the snow. We are between ice storms and have a bit of sun. My goal is to finally have all the Christmas decor stored and only winter decor on display😸
