Strong Scarecrows can be destroyed by using a level Three(3) Harpoon. It is recommended not to use the Thunderpoon. Fortified Scarcecrows can be destroyed by using a level Four(4) Harpoon or by using the Thunderpoon. Massive Scarecrows can be destroyed by using a level Six(6) Harpoon or by using the Thunderpoon.
A camp will only show up in this view when you've collected all its 'items' (100%). Check your map and verify that its icon is 'ticked off'; and background color is yellow (not white).
