Ligaments instability can’t be excluded” Freaking out as my bruising is HUGE and can’t move my L foot to the left, and very little up and down. Waiting for specialist appt and crying, single mom, full time employed but work from home, played recreational beach volleyball for 20 yrs straight… I am terrified I will never get my toes sandy and sprint and jump on sand 💔😭
Had open fracture reduction 11 days ago - 2 plates and screws. Foot and ankle swell so bad the open cast had to be removed to check for pressure sores and blood clot. Everything ok but they did a horrible job putting a splint on. Waiting for Dr to call. Why does my foot swell and burn so bad at night that it virtually feels like my circulation is being cut off.

I developed arthritis in my ankle from breaking my leg and ankle back in November of 2019.
How is it doing now? There is definitely a lot that can be done for an arthritic ankle that can get it into really good shape! 💪😀
