Hi Rebekah, thank you for sharing your monday. I like to see how these things are for others. A tip, if you are fatique on mondays. Don't change your sleepshedule to much in the weekends. That helps. And sleep as much as possible 8 hours. That works for me. ❤

Hello about the meal prep try to cut the vegetables and put that in a countaner maybe spice the chicken and fried it but i dont like the food taste in the fridge for days it becomes soggy, so i would prefer to put every group in a container instead mixing idk how to explain but iam trying🥹😭 so for example cut the veggies and put that in a box ready to eat for the whole week and also prep some rice for 3 days or so and pasta for example and then the protein chicken or meat
Hi Rebekah, I wanted to just say don’t forget to take care of yourself. Do take more self-care evenings please, and don’t let the little moments pass you by. And be honest with yourself, if meal planning and prepping is too much work, *no one* is insisting that you keep that up. Our bodies and hearts and minds are only built to handle so much. I learned the hard way, I’m 40 and I’ve gained weight from stress and it’s hard to lose the weight when food is my therapy. Edit: I am on a better health direction as of the last few years, and have lost weight. I have my tea and reading time in the evenings, and go to the gym 3x per week for 2h. Let’s all support each other in doing this.
