I think the hair looks excellent on her. And "bob" isn't very descriptive. Tons of very different hair styles are all bobs. In fact about 90 percent of what people wear are bobs. But they are not all alike. the thing is that shorter hair is almost always more flattering. Her hair before was making her face look long and had no shape. So this is an improvement.
Actually long hair is more attractive. Men are programmed to be attracted to long hair which is why most women at some point ware it this way. It's a fact of nature.(Not sexist) At the end of the day a woman should be able to have her hair how she is most comfortable with it. Some of the women in this series are clearly unhappy at the cut they've been given, under some pressure too I suspect. I'd like to see them now and see how many have grown their hair back out, a lot of them I would think.
Thats fine for you, but long 1970's hippie hair is not attractive. I have yet to see anyone look attractive with hair below mid back, and most people look their best with hair thats above the shoulders at least. Long hair just looks Amish.
I have long hair and i think long hair is beautiful and I love the way it feels. I do not need to know how others feel about it because it is the way i feel about it that counts to me. I've had short hair before and just hated it, so long hair it is for me!

I think the back should have been about 3 inches shorter and the front is just fine!
