Hi, how do you deal with nausea during labour? I had it with my 1st pregnancy nearly 10 yrs ago and it took much of my energy and will to surf through labour. I ended up having an emergency c- section. I was being sick every 10min or so. I'm scared it'll happen again -i'm due in less than 2 weeks-. Thanks.

Wish this would work for severe hyperemisis gravidarum

I have reflux and possibly a hiatal hernia, chamomile tea and sodium bicarbonate are the only things that are helping. I can’t lean forward or I gag and belch up air bubbles. What if this continues and I can’t lean forward to get baby into position?

Hey sweetie, I haven't been feeling much nausea. However its more of a painful knot feeling in my stomach that I can't seem to get rid of 24/7..it feels like somone is holding me from the top of my stomach and I have 0 appetite and a constant heart burn too.. Any tips?

I'd definitely talk to your care provider about how you're feeling, just so they're in the loop! It may just be bad heart burn that is causing the tightness. Have you thought about taking a probiotic supplement?

Can we all stop calling it “morning” sickness? It’s not just in the morning and this is a huge misnomer.

Morning sickness can definitely happen in the 3rd trimester and it's no fun :( Same tips apply to nausea in the 3rd trimester, so hopefully the tips in this video will help!

I’m sick ALL DAY EVERY DAY. I can only eat fruit cups... I can only keep water down... I can’t imagine taking a prenatal I want to and feel guilty but I can’t even eat a whole fruit cup. 😭😭

Take prenatal right before bed. Lemon water and ginger teas. No spicy or sugary foods. Like she said eat small but super frequent meals
