I'm happy with mine. It's been holding up beautifully and functioning really well, even on cross country trips, and you're right. Easy to keep that area of the bike clean, and not have a greasy bird nest growing around the front sprocket.
I had a shock the other day, I run a similar cover and when about 400 miles from home I noticed a high pitch squeal coming from the motor, the chain needed lubricating, of course with the stock cover you wouldn't notice it so its now my chain lubrication alarm.

Why use the GPZ gearbox cover??
Not a big deal, but you've got the slave cylinder in the wrong position. the bleed screw should be the highest point.
