So this was sold in 2019 with 54 acres, and I guess they decided to keep 19 acres (with the pond access?) and thought the cabin would be a good selling point for the other 35.

Just what I was looking for. Only thing to do is brush hog around the house and put in a driveway to the cabin. After that, just enjoy!

Have a Phantom4 PRO+ black DJi for the head to the sky, it's the third drone we have in the fleet. Unfortunately a lot of drone work is just round and round and round and notihng about the rest of the property. No inside tour, no audio that is 40 percent of the video information transfer. Buyers are extremely busy, the peak viewing time is 10PM at night which shows how little extra time they have @ARTLEVAC Buyers want maps, details, links to local banks, links to local jobs and community videos too. I think so, because the map showed a parcel on the right that the seller must have subdivided; but easement rights to the lake were granted to this parcel in the lot split.
