At first I was confused because I thought there was no way you hadn't heard this song. Then I realized you hadn't reacted to any of the line songs!! Zero o'clock is a vocal line song along with The Truth Untold, Dimple etc. The rap line also slays everything they do like Ugh! and all the Cyphers. They also switch it up sometimes and do partial group songs like Jamais vous. Then you have the maknae line and the hyung line but that's more about behavior than songs. I really enjoyed this reaction and the reminders to check out your work.

The m/v touches on this, plus the Whale comes from the Whalien 52, the song based on the loneliest whale/creature on Earth. What was the embodiment of loneliness becomes the embodiment of togetherness. Just as an added note, I remember when this dropped there were some things that made us ARMY cry with joy and all kinds of emotions. One was that the 'ARMY' is a grown woman with job and to-do lists. Sort of an acknowledgement of the fan base. Plus, I remember twitter just going "I am a purple whale". Its always a comfort to listen to the song. Edit adding on: Tan is from there Korean name "Bangtan Sonyoendan". They are often just called Tannies shortly. And these are the tiny version.
