| sennheiser momentum true wireless 2 jabra elite 65t
Apples and oranges. I tried the Sennheiser M2 and the Jabra 75t. After using the Sennheiser, I thought--"nobody is prying these things away from me." The soundstage is really amazing. Clear, crisp tones come through again and again. In detailed listening, I could hear the scuff of a guitarist's fingers on strings, and even the scuff of drumsticks on a snare, in jazz recordings. That detail in a small package is worth the price---if you want music fidelity. It is very immersive! HOWEVER--the noise cancelling is not great. I also think the Jabras are REALLY good. But they are also bass-heavy and mids and highs are in a corona isolation ward or something. But they are cheaper and they fit in my ears better than the Momentum 2s. So I paused over them for a minute...cheaper...fit well....? Because I was on the hunt for a great-sounding earbud, for high fidelity alone, I went with Sennheiser (I already have the airpod pros and I have a couple of pairs of cans too). If I need to make a call or hop on zoom or REALLY cancel noise, I'll use something else. I'd say if you want better-sounding music than what the apple earbud products offer, go with the 75t. If you want detailed audio in your music--and can swallow the price tag--go with the Momentum 2s. I should add that I use the Sennheisers in a quiet work environment at home. They sound great. In a noisy room or on a plane...I switch to other products. Thanks for the video.
Is the sennheiser water proof?
Can run on them for long distances? use them in the gym?
and can you use them in the dry sauna?
Thanks
Great on your buds am going with Sennheiser
My first impressions of the sound quality test:
Jabra: This sounds NICE!!!
Then hears Sennheiser: WOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW...
Also me after checking the price for both earbuds: fu**!
I bought the sennheiser momentum tw2 but they weren’t loud and they felt hella uncomfortable after 30 minutes of use
For all those who are looking for the name of the song, it is named “wrong team” by Sture Zetterberg.
Thanks man
Thanks a lot!!!
I like the Jabra Elite Active 75T call quality, amazing 😍
I like the way how you deliver facts 👍🏻 after so many reviews I finally going for sennheiser 👍🏻
Thanks we try
The way you allowed us to view the comparison between those two earbuds, is just unbelievably perfect! Thank you! this helped so much!!!
If they were priced the same, I'd go for the Momentum v2's. I use my buds to listen to music, and calls don't come in that often. But the Jabra's are considerably less expensive, so my wallet likes that better, and sound quality is still quite good.
I preordered the Jabra Elite Active 75t and received them on the release day in start March. They were meant to act as my earphones for training in the Gym (pre-corona times, those were the days..). Instead I have used them during outdoor walks and activities and indoor as well. Especially considering the price they are very, very good. They are a little heavy sounding on the bass, but you can tone that down in the equalizer in the Jabra app, if you wish so. But beside that I consider this an extremely good purchase and I cannot recommend the product enough. They sound good and very clear (also in calls), stays in the ears during exercise, they are sweat proof, have a very long battery time and what must be the smallest transport box, that you easily can carry in a pocket.
I’m getting them used but like new for 80 dollars. You think they worth it? Or should I save my moment for AirPods? Also how are they holding off 9 months later
@@nibbax7772 Jabra blows Airpods away. I know I'm late in responding :)
I have both I like 75t better😇♥
Easy:
You want Bass (Hip Hop, Trap, Techno)? Buy 75
You hear Pop music, classic, Radio music,... Want good quality (!) Take Sennheiser
could you please guide me how to make people hear while you put music to the earbud
thank you somuch
Many people say that audio quality is the bass, and say that a bad audio quality is the lack of punch. Many times they just don’t find the proper fit, and the bass will suffer. Audio quality is the separation of sound in all ranges. This is the difference between an audiophile and someone who just want to hear and feel music through bass. No one is better than the other, it’s just a matter of preference.
That's true. It's never nice thing when you can only hear high pitch sounds or bass. Myself I prefer flat sound with spakers, bud, headphones etc.
@@Saappari I’m a bass head so gimme more base
I love test . Good job 👍
Thank you for another valuable review
The call quality is much better on the Jabra.
But,
The audio reproduction is amazing on the Sennheiser.
When I compare Jabra Audio versus Sennheiser audio immediately and frequently, the difference is more clear.
The Sennheiser sound is very balanced , All instruments sound own natural frequencies. The vocal sound & instruments sound stage is superb on the Sennheiser.
I think bass & percussion resonance on the Jabra is more prominent.
Overall the Sennheiser is much much better selection to me , because as I told before , ‘’Sound Quality’’ is my first & last choice in earbuds.
Fantastic video 🙏🌺🙏🌺🙏🌺
I have the sennheiser momentum 2. After updating the software to V4.6.0 call quality is comparable to apple airpods pro.
@@johnsantos7041 LOL no it isn't
@@johnsantos7041 hello, how is the battery lyf on sein mt2 without anc??
Very nice job doing these reviews. Super Helpful!
What song is the one you used for comparing earbuds
Am about to replace my Elite 75Ts today, so it's between these two. I absolutely love my Jabras, but the right ear bud got wet and is having issues. Still can't leave Jabra, will be picking up a mint color pair of the 75 active today! Thank you!
I have the first generation Sennheiser’s and I really am thinking about the second generation, but I keep hearing people say the base is not as good in the second generation. But the battery life is better, and I do like the idea of noise cancellation. However the passive noise cancellation I still think is decent on the first generation I just don’t know what to do
The base is great. In fact I had to adjust it bc it was pulsing too much in my head.
This is by far the best earbuds review I've seen because it's technical and I am a Tech person I think I will have to go with the Jarba because you can adjust it's just the highs. The bass quality did it for me. The call quality was better with the Jarba
Thanks. Give us alike if you haven't. All are reviews include audio and call samples with the specs. Jabra are great but the new buds are really getting even bette
I like the review style and especialy love that you made sound samples instead of just talking about it! Very nice
Imo a mix of these 2 in base heavyness would spot on!
Sennheieser lacks little for my taste, maybe ajustable in EQ i dont know. But the jabras was little too heavy in this song genre, i have owned a pair of 75t's loved them but they broke.
Now looking for a new pair i strongly consider sennherisers TWM 2 but idk yet, kinda feel like i might have to wait to see their TWM 3 if they release in 2021
Thanks again for super video!
Whats the name if the song please
Nice 👍 review thanks guy 👍👍👍😍😍😍👌👌👌
Thanks heaps for your objective and true review. I was one of those stuck between these two who could not decide. I finally ended up buying both, still hoping that I can return one! For me, non of them seemed to be fitting well in my ear, and this was more with Sennheiser, as I could still hear my surrounding quite loud and ANC seemed not to work at all- and it still is not working. So I bought Jabra hoping it will not have a fit problem( I even tried some premium foam plugs on both of them as well..) and the same issue existed with Jabra as well! But Jabra felt so comfortable and in place that I accepted this fact, as personally I don't think there would be any earbud better ergonomically designed than the Jabra Elite 75t!!. Finally the unparalleled sound quality of Sennheiser made me err towards it, despite at times I wished I could get a bit more bass punch out of it- in some musics. Still I had serious doubts about them staying in my ear during my mountain biking. I put this to test today and was very surprised as how comfortable and steady they felt the whole time, no matter how rattly was my ride. during 1.5 hr of ride I did not have to adjust them even once! Still I wished Sennheiser could bring their control app and options on par with Jabra, Or Jabra could improve their sound quality a tad not to have so much of sci-fi tone in them! I am not an audiophile as such, but only comparing the two side by side prefered balance of Momentum TW2 over the constant punchy bass of Jabra!
Thanx for ur review...
But how did u manage to use 75t left bud independently since the firmware hasn't released 🤔🤔🤔
True.. how???
Thanks for giving me a chance how it sound like..
The Jabra Elite 75t Active is the clear winner on call quality. The bass on the 75t is impressive for such a small earbud. Unfortunately, they lack detail in the mid and upper range. This produces an unbalanced sound profile that will ultimately create fatigue when listening for extended periods. The Jabra’s software is significantly better than the Sennheiser’s. Sennheiser needs a proper EQ that allows for more granular sound control. The Sennheiser’s could benefit from additional bass, but the sound quality produced by the True Wireless 2’s is rich and balanced. They provide a wide sound stage that’s immersive, creating a pleasant sound profile that allows for hours of listening without feeling fatigue.
Call quality on 75t is horrible... It was an absurd step down from 65t, they have a constant hissing sound on the left earpiece when someone is talking.
Nice review!. I am thinking to buy either the Sennheisers or the Jabra 75t. Which one do you think has more bass? And would adjusting the EQ settings on the Sennheisers allow for more bass equivalent to the Jabra 75t or would it not make a difference?
powell kevin yes you can change that with the EQ and the Sound quality is was better than in the video
well said
T HOFF call quality is now just as good on the sennheisers after several software updates
Honestly It was really really close!!
To me Jabra has it!!
momentum2's Kill the Jabra's for audio!!! Thats why I buy ear buds for music, not phone calls...
Returned a pair of 75t. The right hear bud was hurting my hear after 10min and after 20 it was unbareble. Just ordered THE Momentum 2. Can't wait to see the fit and already the owner of Momentum wired and the sound for music is amazing, just like my Shure headphones. Call quality his to be tested via phone and laptop. 75t was amazing. Music was very good too but i doubt better then Seinnheiser
I listened to this comparison video on my Momentum 3 Over the Ear. The call quality on the Jabra is significantly better and that's important to me. The sound on the Momentum 2 is excellent. So is the sound on the Jabra. I imagine I could adjust the EQ on the Jabra to be indistinguishable from the Momentum 2. For the difference in price, I'll stick with my Jabra's, but I do appreciate the Sennheiser sound as evidenced by my choice in over the ear headphones. Comfort is also important and I personally find the Jabra's to be the most comfortable in-ear earbuds I've ever worn.
Call quality is now better on the sennheisers after the new update
Love the details you put in. I enjoy the outside call quality’s and the time stamps in the description as well. Great channel
Just bought the Sennhiser Momentum true wireless..and also have the the Jabra 65t but the Sennhiser has much better sound..
Thanks, definitely will go for Jabra. Btw., what is the the title of the song?

I'm wearing a Jabra Elite Active 75T while watching this video XD Be frankly, you need EQ for Jabra because its mid-high range are weak.
EQ ?
@@TriHard7c Equalizer
Can you send your best equaliser setting please?
You are very qualified, thank
How did he do the that ear test with the Jabra in the left ear by itself when only the right earbud can work by itself
I was wondering the same thing though since Jabra only works on right ear only 🤔
Thanks BPMan very nice test
Jabra has a warmer sound with good bass👍 while the Sennheiser's have a clear crisp sound, highs are heard more but the bass, I'd say it's balanced. Honestly I love my jabra 75t, however I've always wanted a pair of Sennheiser's but the $$ is too much for me 😭. Maybe I could afford the new Sennheiser's? 😁 Thanks 4 ur video 👍.
One thing the 75Ts missing is the bass in vocal. 75Ts sounded flatter for vocals no matter how you adjust the EQ. Also the bass is louder on 75Ts but it lacked focus compared to the MTW2.
The Sennheiser Momentum 2 by far had more volume and much much clearer quality. Atleast when I'm using my iPhone 12 pro Max.
How is the battery lyf on seinheisser mt2 without anc nd with anc??
Unfortunately Jabra. Needed for call quality. Can manage multiple EarPods
These audio tests need to be done with more dynamic range. If you're testing quality, then "accuracy" has to be part of it. If not using proper testing equipment, and only music....then it'd be better to utilize a variety of songs that push the driver with specific frequency ranges simultaneously. There's a lot that goes into how something "sounds" including audio source......which is why I don't really trust most reviews. The EQ / software is really awful for a company like Sennheiser. The price point should probably put them in comparisons with other companies focused on the same thing in the $300 and up range. Just my opinion. It's apple to oranges comparing the momentum 2 to most others focusing on other attributes other than sound.
I just prefer the bass when I play my music and I own a pair of jabra active 75 too. I do love them
You prolly dont care but if you are stoned like me atm you can stream pretty much all the new series on InstaFlixxer. Been streaming with my girlfriend during the lockdown :)

Really a great review . I like music & after hearing the audio quality of momentum2 i just love it
Thank you so much for putting the effort making this, it's practically very helpful on deciding which one to buy.
I'd love how you actually let us 'virtually' try out those earbuds. I'd say Momentum 2 got slightly better sound quality, although 75t is still pretty good.
It could've been great if I could see how good the ANC is in Momentum 2
Listening on MW1s, I think we shouldn’t look any further than Momentums if Audio quality is the priority ! They’re the clear winners !
Bar none
So isn't the sound quality test your doing dependant on the end user? If someone is listening to $5 headphones wouldn't it sound like crap regardless?
Definitely you have to listen via a good headphone.
For example; the referee (the headphone or earbud you are listening) between Barcelona vs Real Madrid (Sennheiser vs Jabra) football match must be experienced and able to see any motion, movements of the players
Great review. In your opinion how earbud has the best sound? I wanna buy one of these, but i dont know how. Thanks so much.
Where is latency test ?
Please list the songs you use.
Love your reviews sir. Keep it up!
I have both, the active elite 75t go to work with me and the Sennheisers are used for listening to music and while watching movies. If I had to choose one I would pick the Sennheiser's because sound quality is the most important to me. Also, am I the only one who uses a music player (PowerAmp) with an equalizer? I can make the Sennheiser's really bass-heavy when I choose to.
Senheisser has low volume, does it?
@@mr.p1493 Not at all, I actually think they are slightly louder than the Active Elite 75T
@@DiesalAZ Ok, With the bass Amplified... Can you confirm that the Sennheiser are still louder and better sounding then the Jabra's? I'm a bass head, so that's why I'm curious about it
@@soldierd3654 The Sennys are hands down the best sounding. You can coax more bass from the Jabra's and they are more sweat resistant. Buy the Jabra's for more bass but not quite as clean sound or the Senny's for best sound and very good (but not over the top) bass.
I bought the Jabra 75t over testing all other ear buds. Yes they are more bass oriented but you can turn the bass down and treble and mids up in the App (which I have done) the other ear buds cannot increase the bass due to driver restrictions. I do also love bass and was looking for earbuds that could produce good bass, as a solution to use instead of my full headphones. I am very fussy with my audio, and I am very happy with my choice of the Jabra 75t.
I was waiting for this !
What song name
Wrong Team - Sture Zetterberg
Excuse me, anyone know the song demo in black background? I think this song is choosen for my Momentum2.
Great test. Backs up what you'd expect. If you can afford them Sennheiser make superb quality buds for listening, however their call quality is not good at all. Jabra do call quality well - as they have tons of background in that area - with acceptable sound quality for listening. For the best call quality in any buds you need a microphone as near to your mouth as possible, hence airpods always work well.
If the Jabras could have the audio quality and case of the MTWs they'd be perfect. Wish my MTWs were comfy enough to work out and had multipoint like the Jabras.
Any ideas to compare between these Sennheisers vs Jabra 85T?
Wow, now I truly understand the $100+ price difference for the Sennheiser... If I was only going for audio quality then definitely the Momentum V2. However, I also need to make and takea lot of calls for work and want the IP57 rating (I'm looking at the Active Elite 75t) for working out as well; IMO the 75t made the better phone calls. Lower price point also helps. So my conclusion from your review is that the Jabra is the better all-arounder while the Sennheiser dominated audio quality. Depends what you want but both appeared to be quality. Thumbs up, great review!
really hard to determine sound quality between Jabra and Senn since the volume is totally different.
In both devices the volume setting are the same. One is naturally louder than the other
EBPMAN Tech Reviews ty but I did not mean how one is naturally greater sensitivity ,but that comparing sound quality is compromised imho for without a doubt as the volume is the senn sounds better on music and the jabra on calls.
@@ebpman I just bought my Jabra 75T today, and it is deadly quiet. I listen to comfortably numb by Pink Floyd to test the audio with 70% of volume, usually I would be deaf but apparently not with this jabra

I still like jabra over all
Biggest fan. The best reviews. Science and real-world simulation BUT... I have to read your facial expressions to guess whether something is good or bad. EBPMAN... we now need your opinions. You need to tell us what is good or bad.
I hear you. I try to keep things to you to choose. I have on some videos voiced which I feel is better. I get your paid by them to say it, even get messages on the stuff. Crazy. So I try to stick to pros and cons and bring the audio samples. The are 100% in unaltered, and listening to all these earbuds and the recording they do vary from device to device. If you ask me which is the best imo, I will tell you. I had the audio rig custom made to capture the recordings too. Cost a pretty penny, but it helps get thru the noise of bright, warm, bass heavy or light. Lol. I will still say that at times but that is the background. My favorite earbuds fall into 3 main categories, call, audio and battery life. I am on calls over 8 hours a day for business so having good audio is key. Battery life too and I love music. Others are audio, battery and calls. That's fair but depends on your work. Hope this helps. Reach out and ask. I will look to add more my preference in the next reviews too. Thanks for commenting
@@ebpman Great, brilliant and earnest answer. Certainly my point was to encourage and reflect on how good we find your reviews. Understand the constraints. Maybe the quarterly top list would be fun... all the best
The Sennheiser Momentum 2 are more louder in base than the jabra 75t active but the sennheiser Momentum are are just louder. The jabra 75t active feel softer and I can vibe to them. Momentum are better at base but I prefer my jabras those.

Hello, how is the battery lyf on sein mt2 without anc??
Sennheisser MTW is simple the best for music, fits so well into my ears, whether I’m running or exercising, awesome feel and great enhanced music sound, far better than most premium brands, it’s true value for money, it’s worth every amount spent on it.
I got senheisser, but but they hace low volume with iPhone 8. Any commment about it?
@Octavio I’m not sure what could be the issue with your set, have you perhaps attempted to reset it through the Sennheiser Smart Control App? That might assist to some extent. I usually use it to resent them whenever I experience any issues, such as one side playing and it sorts immediately.
I notice how sennheiser has a bit of more latency comparing to Jabra, surprise when Sennheiser is having Bluetooth 5.1
I own both....and the Sennheiser listening quality is far superior!
Please please please do a review on the LYPERTEK Tevi earbuds if possible! They've been compared to the Sennheiser Momentum TWS and apparently have some of the best sound quality in the range! Have wanted to compare them to the Senns and the Mifo 05 bcs of the price range
For sound def the Sennheiser wins, but the overall winner here is the Jabra- for price, call quality, and the sound is not far from the Sennheisers.
You mentioned a firmware upgrade to the Jabra in your initial review that would allow for each individual bud to operate independently. Do you know if that has been released as yet ?
Firmware update isn't coming anymore, shame
Jabra support announced that this will no longer be released as a feature.
I thik sennheiser will win all erabuds this 2020 for act and sounds quality .I listened your video from my sennheiser m2 .not because I have sennheiser but for the sound quality I tested it from 6 aprile tel now and they for my opinion the best right now waiting for bose 700 act earbuds. Pls I need your recommendation on a smaller type of earbud. I currently have the jabra 75t active but they hurt my ears. I have really small ears. Please respond. Thank you
Beautiful Man wow. The active is one of the small ones out there.
Search around key word small, because i know there are a few smaller tws. But you might be sacrificing sound quality and probably quality overall.
Try the liberty Air or AirPod Pros , they don’t go as deep in ear. Only thing that may be an issue is fit as some people with smaller ears find it hard to keep them in. In my case both are very secure and I can run cross country in Pros for instance without a problem.
Where does the base go on sennheiser?
Jabra sounds better . fuller ,sennheisser is to brite. and coulder.

Youll never go wrong with Jabra. Used Elite Active 65t for past year and half, shower with them and all. Just upgraded to Elite Active 75t. Never no problems, shower or gym.
The difference? I can stay in the shower longer now ... singing offkey😏

Which are the loudest?
Momentum imo.
The sennheisers sound amazing and the bass is alot more pronounced then is represented in the video believe me I own them and I'm a bass person. You can also crank the bass up thru the app but I haven't even touched it because they sound great out the box. I really like the jabras look and bass but the mids and highs sound congested especially when compared to the sennheisers. Plus they don't have active noise cancelling like the Sennheisers
Nice,I have been thinking for a while which is better. I love bass,so it seem jabra is the idea earbud but after reading your commend i went back order MTW2. 😂
@@MrWailok yes I heard the jabras and they definitely have bass but the bass takes away from the quality of everything else. You want have that problem with the sennheisers just use the app to add more if you want. Just make sure you get a good seal with the right tips
Appreciate what you have been doing but still not sure about the value of sound demo, using my HD700 I can tell the difference but I doubt it will be the true representation of what the MTW2 sounds like in real life. But I like your reviews though.
For me Jabra is better because i like the bass and we can hear it. Sennheiser have more vocals and the music is like a background. Because the vocals are pouched forwards is more metalic sound. You can hear it when the singer sing in the all "S" in the words. The call quality again Jabra is best
To me the the Jabras bass seems to excessive and unnatural and just not very clear. I'll take good, balanced and detailed bass over boomy bass. Definition and volume just seems better on Sennheiser and the highs and mids are more pronounced. Sound quality is just much more clear on Sennheiser, which means you'll get more detail and clarity at lower volumes too. Just my opinion so far.
Love the accent when you say jabra and great review
So, can the bass on the sennheiser be improved in the EQ?
Yes
Hard to believe the difference in volume between these buds ....Totally shocking !!
The Jabra 75t’s volume is several clicks higher than the Senns I have both. Senns have much better detail and sound overall. Jabras introduce unnecessary bass on some types of music, but for urban and EDM, they are sweet. For wireless buds for a great combination of the two I use my Sony’s mainly and Jabras for exercise. When outdoors running or walking for instance extra bass is good to have and the Jabras are just amazing for gym and outdoor exercise.
Is the sound quality of sennheiser momentum true wireless 2 better than Master & Dynamic MW07 PLUS?
Having had the original mtw and mw07 plus at the same time, its sennheiser all the way. The mtw 2s no doubt will sound better as well. Also, if noise-cancelling is important to you, the mw07 plus has terrible noise cancelling compared to most other premium earbuds.
