I used to wonder trade 6 IV shiny dittos some years ago. Those were not illegal because you could possibly obtain one during a regular gameplay. They were illegitimate because they were clearly cheated, but no one could tell the difference, so they can be safely stored in PokéBank and Pokémon Home.
I have some pokemon like ratatta with flamethrower, psychic, earthquake, and thunderbolt. It's not that uncommon

Technically that's not illegal because you could in theory get something like that in the game. It's just illegitimate, and there's no way to prove it was injected into the game. If any cops ask you just tell them you spent like 4 months trying to get it.

The US is still sort of not a great place to travel, depending on where you go. Sure you probably wont end up in an internment camp, or on death row. But drive through the wrong state and you get random things confiscated, could be arrested and jailed. And I mean, there are those traveller who literally did nothing wrong, and got sent to Guantanamo for no reason, and will never, ever be released.
It all depends on where you're from and the colour of your skin, how safe a visit to the US is. I'd much rather visit Japan, or if I wasn't already a citizen, Canada. I can't not feel on edge any time I go to the US, all thanks to having a Muslim name. The random pointless searches and exessive questioning are real.

Since Arceus isn't in Sword or Shield, he's not Tradable, so I can't get things like that, but things that are unobtainable, like Shiny Mew Or Victini are tradable so I can gen them, and they work like normal pokemon, I can choose what stats, moves, held item, anything! It's not counted as hacking and it isn't bannable, but yeah, they most likely didn't hack it in and instead just used a gen bot or something. (Also, if you want any pokemon genned in, let me know, xD)

@Jonathan Jimenez Zekrom w/ POKeRUS and Shiny Kyurem are completely possible. Kyurem is *not* shiny locked in basically every game it appears in, and any pokemon can get POKeRUS. Just check if your Kyurem has 6 IVS/Illegal moves, just in case.
