    Point of correction. Indicate the earning you mentioned for Software Engr's is for entry level. Not experienced hires. Experienced hires commonly earn over 4 times what you mentioned on a monthly basis.

    These are not entry level positions and require years of experience, so the video can be misleading in that these managers have been often engineers or high level techs before becoming managers.
