Cooking is not only a skill, its also an art. Since you clearly stated that you look forward to marriage in the future, the ability to master your craft (Kitchen wise) is very important. Also, one thing that has helped me over the years is i have learnt to consistently reinvent myself. And consistently challenge myself to become a more valuable version of me.
