@@jupiter776the level looking like an epilectic mess is a personal opinion which i share because I got flashbanged several times even by Electrodynamix. I probably wont ever finish the level due to photosensitivity
which is highkey kinda what makes it good. The level is based around a flying eye that is quite literally trying to kill you, and it uses all kinds of optical attacks, such as not being able to see where you're going, weird platforms designed to throw off your sense of when to jump, flashing lights to blind you, hypnotic lights to overwhelm you, til it eventually goes to the boss fight itself and it tries to nuke you with concentrated blasts of light from its eyeball, and in the end you the cube cut it in half. Mix that with music sync and its a very well designed level and it feels good because this time it feels like it was INTENTIONALLY made to be an epileptic nightmare in-line with the theme of the level, rather than just "hurr durr its a demon its gotta be hard asf to see".@@jupiter776

I'm probably one of the few people who think that ispy isn't as good as people make it out to be. I just don't really like it and think it's overrated.
Change of scene on the other hand... Oh boy is it a masterpiece! Just unreal.

I have a pretty good idea of how this is made. I have literally no idea how change of scene is in the object limit
The 2 levels I wanted to download as soon as I got full version were Change of Scene and ISpyWithMyLittleEye
I recommend to beat clubsteb and try the online level named "death moon" Before download and trying "change of scene" for smoother and less frustrating experience.
Because death moon is a long level like change of scene. And death moon is kind of a rite of passage For player that try beating long demon.

All the most popular easy demons are all super old demons that were probably in the demon packs. Except for ispy which is just alone among the old demons

I spy is define you not the most viral level and far from one of the best 2.1 levels. My take is it probably got popular because of highly stimulating effects and tons of flashing lights. No notable remakes, no notable levels inspired by i spy, just a bunch of RUclips shorts about it that everybody watches and that’s probably where it’s popularity came from. I very much believe that I spy is not even close to the most viral level in anything except 6 month old RUclips shorts/ videos. Even now the most viral and controversy generating level would be tidal wave and the most well known in the community would be things like clubstep and maybe some other things. I really just think “I spy is the most viral level” is a ton of bs and not true at all.

I really don’t like iSpy just because of how visually stressing on the eyes it is. It may look “beautiful”, but there are countless Extreme Demons that aren’t on the top 150 that are just so much easier on the eyes. Levels like Neurostasis, Ouroboros Startpos 2, and even stuff like FIREPOWER (Sillow) are just more visually appealing to me.
This is coming from someone who is 20, and has been playing since mid 1.9. I just don’t like “new gen” stuff, where everything is a bossfight or has jarring deco. It’s just not my thing.
Tldr: grandpa that is actually 20 doesn't like level that simply isn't his cup of tea
I'm 18 and I've been playing since 2014 but I really like this level. Definitely hurts my eyes though
