I don't care if Kruse is impatient, repetitive, combative, arrogant, condescending, or any of the other adjectives applied to him. I believe he's brilliant and truly invested in helping humans live healthier lives. If he doesn't look the part, that's because he's willing to leave his optimal environment to spread his message.
I have learned a great deal from this man.
Thank you for having him on, and kudos to you for defending him and not taking anything he says personally, because that's never his intention.

There are way too many people commenting here negatively and feebly trying to take Jack down. Yeah it would help if “he looked the part.” Or walked the talk. Well, appearances aside, at least one can see he is alert, sharp, well educated and can speak to anyone, from any highly educated background and go toe to toe. Does he still have addictions himself? Probably. I wish him, and all of us well with those. We all have our struggles. But no one can argue with his knowledge based on his looks. His knowledge is sound. He has a daughter, whom he cares for her future deeply, I believe that’s a big key in what drives him. He speaks with conviction about everything; don’t muddy that fact with calling him a narcissist. That’s everyone’s latest defense term. This man truly gives a damn. He doesn’t get the podcast/SM time on some of the most high trafficked channels, but if you found yourself here or on any of the others you’ve watched him on, you cannot deny how much what he’s telling the world resonates deeply. But still some are so quick to judge based on appearances. If he was jacked on TRT, had hair transplants, was taking ozempic, or had monthly Botox fillers (like quite a few big podcast hosts/health professional/content creators do) and wearing a shite ton of makeup, it seems that would satisfy the egos of a large portion of the Jack-stabbers throwing arrows. I’m listening to this man as much as possible. And in 4 short months, problems with my health, that not ONE other doctor could turn around to where it hasn’t been in nearly 30 years. And I’m the same age as Uncle Jack. Always keep your minds open, you can learn something from everyone. Great choice to have Jack on.🖖🏽

Dr. Kruse is a once-in-a-generation type of thinker in his field. This was one of the best interviews with him I've seen, and I have probably seen them all. The fact that you have background knowledge of the topics covered, listened intently without interrupting, and asked the important questions, made it excellent. I am sure I will listen to this interview a bunch of times. Thanks for doing it.

@@ExcellentHealthI have had the reverse experience... All my life I was UNABLE to tolerate the sun at all - despite feeling positive towards it, even lived in Florida for a couple years - even worse being there.... wasn't until I started in November 2023 with Raw Beef & Raw chicken...then Raw Lion diet around January 2024 then a few months later began lemon 'Capra mineral whey" powder, then a month or so later raw lemon juice in water mixed with capra mineral whey powder [Edit: to once again work on oxalates - which I had done numerous times for up to six months or more in the last three years or so] and THEN ALMOST two months now i have been doing HIGH FAT RAW (from beef) THAT I CAN FINALLY feel like I am alive truly...and NOW TOLERATE the sun...in the last few weeks I have been taking advantage of this and tanning... So I think he is right about much, however it seems a lifetime of sun being toxic to me and peeling and never tanning, even when I "didn't burn" I would peel just a few weeks later prove he is MISSING *something* ...and there are peices and exceptions that might not fit his theory as perfectly as he be-LIE-ves so strongly....
I do still have Achlorhydria. So perhaps there is more yet to come now that I can tolerate the sun...

The problem is he splits hairs over irrelevancies. It’s not being brutally honest that’s the problem. He spent an entire 20min ranting about how food wasn’t important, only to basically end up saying that food was extremely inportant for the Maasai. His message is important. But it’s also full of logical inconsistencies. When people subtly point those things out, he gets ultra defensive.

I had to get over his 'bullishness' and how rude he was to you but I continued to listen because I respect Dr Pugh so a lot. You did so well and are brave to put this video up considering how much he put you down. However, I'm gown-up enough to understand why he may have been so hard on you (not that it's right, it's not). You are open-minded, willing to learn, and happy to change your belief and perspective through learning. And that's what I didn't like about his attitude. Well done! It was a great interview and albeit Dr Kruse is bullish, his science is fascinating, and appreciate the work he has obviously done over the years and come forth himself knowing he'd be trodden on by other scientists. IMHO, we ARE running out of time. This drives Jack. What other type of personality would really be as effective? I doubt he should change attitude. Yes, his way of teaching is foreign to the way I have tried to live my life, and teach. But, damn, running out of time appears very essentially important to the future of the children of my grandchildren living in a state of better wellbeing than I am living in. That matters to me, and I recognize the intent and magnificent effort that Jack works with toward that future. I'm getting old now, and time is pressing, Jack is not that much younger. Feeling time slip past, while people get so stuck on paths not very predictably leading to better pathways into the future, jabs my heart every time I recognize it. I imagine his abruptness in teaching comes out of similar sensibilities, and I have to honor that effort!

It is hard to perceive food as light but I get it. Sunlight creates life. What we eat is life. So consuming sunlight it is like eating food in an even more raw state, before it has materialized. The physical starts as energy. So yeah it makes sense. The case study of Jacob, the suicidal dude is key, one thing is to listen to someone talk about the topic and other is knowing practical application of it. Kruse totally skirted the question about what made the Maasai more powerful, except that he accidentally let it slip out that it was their FOOD (the DHA from the blood and milk) (given the fact that both tribes had the same light). Then he started bullying the host for asking intelligent and honest questions. With Kruse "it's my way or the highway" (even though he has often contradicted himself about certain details) and tries to force a lot of "either/or" thinking rather a more intelligent and truthful "both/and" thinking. Narcissists take pleasure in belittling others in order to dominate them... and then blend their lies with truth in order to make it seem like it's all justified.

After listening to this, I absolutely wasn't convienced that light is more important than nutrition, and even before listening to this, I knew that sunlight is just as important as nutrition, and I knew that raw primal diet isn't any good if you don't get sun, and I tanned everyday every moment I had a chance already, so I see it nutrition and sun 50/50
But him, being so agressive and stressing that sun is 100%, made me really realise that I should watch the sunrise, which I never do because I wake up late, so I woke up at 5am to watch it and will probably do it for rest of my life
My behavior was like if sun was 40% and diet 60%, and if someone comes along saying it's 50/50 then I wouldn't change my behavior, but him saying it's 100% sun pushed me over the edge to go actuall 50/50 with the sun. Good message

The idea of eating 3 or more times a day was a money making idea for big food industries. Now i only eat once every 24 hours and eat foods that are cooked by the sun that is local to the carribbean. And i have seen real improvement. I also sun gaze and work in the sun too. Am melinated so my skin heats up real fast and its such a nice feeling. When we have cold fronts, its like i cant function. I've been looking at the sun whenever I can as long as it doesn't hurt, usually around sunset. I imagine everyday our ancestors were outside looking at the sunrise/sunset because it's so beautiful to our senses and you just instinctively do it. Our senses and instincts will instruct us to do things that are good for us. Many people used to worship the sun as god, we're naturally drawn to it. ... how can he dismiss nutritious food playing a vital role in the health of humans? He himself confirms the Maasai to be so healthy because they drink blood, which has a lot of DHA, so in essence nutrients. I agree that your environment plays a role in your health, but stating that food has zero influence on your health and it is ALL ENVIRONMENT just seems extremely condescending. I mean... what would you say to someone living in a city, who is unable to live as naturally as he would want? Shoud he just disregard food as a whole? Of course not. He can better his quality of life by at least eating foods with bioavailable nutrients. Overall I find Dr, Kruse to be hard to listen to unfortunately. He is too full of himself and disregards all other viewponts, which I think one should never do. Keeping an open mind is vital. He seems like the person who takes disagreement with his viewpoints as personal attacks though, hence the huge amount of aggression he talks with.

There is a saying: "the proof is in the pudding." That means, healthy people generally look healthy. I would challenge Kruse to compare metabolic numbers and how he looks compared to me...I'm 60 years old, and healthier than 99 percent of people my age. I can also sprint 40 yards in under 7 seconds. Can Kruse do that? I highly doubt it...
If Kruse were to quit chasing science, and read my book, "Cavemen Weren't Fat," I guarantee he would look much better in no time. He would lose body fat, have more energy and his metabolism would improve greatly.
If you push wild scientific theories, and you don't get the results you predict, obviously your theory is wrong. That is why we test science, to see if the results confirm the predicted outcome.
Kruse seems to be a bitter, sick old man, who has a one-track mind, and is bitter because people don't listen to him. He probably thinks he deserves a Nobel prize, and is mad at the world.
He doesn''t seem to understand that scientific thought is not the only way to get to the truth. Before we had scientists to tell us what to eat and do, everybody was a lot more healthy...
Humans are not created by science. We were created by evolution, and all the answers lie in evolutionary thought.
This is why I don't listen to scientists who try to tell me how to be healthy...I understand health better than Kruse does.

@DigitalSurgeon69 I dont know who Maria Menoudo is. As far as hearing of a young person with myocarditis, there are many questions i would have to ask. Maybe you know personally but i am curious if jabbed for starters, beyond that Its an open dialogue. What we do know is humans make energy from light , melanin, and water for a start. The biological portioning is addressed nourished through aligning the frequencies fo the foods that correspond with the Solar position. This provides the electrical portion for the virtual structures and the nutrition for the biological structures. The food is important when you know the 7 unique "charges" synchronize the metabolic or circadian cycle and instruct the 7 Endocrine glands (Master) clocks, and the Organ (Peripheral) clocks so these cells know what to do and when to perform and for what duration. THE meat heads and all these trend diets that believe how fast and how much weight loss is criteria or a qualifier for a measurement fo health, wellness and vitality is a massive error. Never are the finer moire subtle distinctions about what constitutes health discussed such as, eye sight, hair quality, skin, posture, emotional stability, mental clarity and the greatest..Libido a dialogue, And we know why. Because hey cant enetr the race hen these qualifiers are on the table. I understand how Jack states. Food isn't as important as people make out or exercise. However the key to success in anything, is found in these 3 fundamental laws. Timing, Rhythm, and Order. Violate any one or all and you will NEVER experience the 3 States of Resonance, Equilibrium and Harmony. These are the laws nature adheres to, and are what must be present in order to witness sustainable energy.

@@brooksbraun8886 Do you know of any resources one could use to learn about these "7 charges" in food and how they're used to achieve "resonance, equilibrium, and harmony" such as books, interviews, etc?

      @brooksbraun8886 7 месяцев назад +1

@@HomeGymEnjoyer I am going to make some youtube videos on this as many people are asking. I will update you through your reply. In short the Solar radiations change approx every 2 hours as does the type of energy. 6:00 am to 8:00 am for example is represented by the color violet and the frequencies of 380nm. This photon energy signals the circadian cycle and hormone responses "when" to initiate a response, where, or what glans organ and electrical circuits and for how long and exactly "when" to stop. If not how would the growth hormone signal metabolic synchronization and orchestrate glandular "timing" and cellular process? I align the frequencies of specific food groups to resonate with the same frequencies that the sun emits during a specific phase. End result, perfect cellular. Sleep cycle, sugar regulation, mood stabilization and systemic synchronization. This is noted in blood labs and overall human performance. There is nothing written in english and the work is daunting but i will get around to it. I see Jack has the light theory but the missing portion is the knowledge about the electric portions related to food timing. There is much more but this is the superficial beginning of true "Quantic Medicine" You cannot speak of Quantum and negate the discussion below the molecular level of function. That is actually not Quantum, it goes 40 levels below the molecular conversation.

@@pergamX - According to Chris Palmer's theory, the state of overall health (physical, neurocognitive, mental, etc) is indicative of metabolic and mitochondrial health. Obviously, all the sunlight Kruse is getting doesn't undo the damage he is getting from lack of exercise, bad diet, and/or excess deuterium (deuterium is high near the equator, ocean, and volcanic soil). This undermines his argument, as many constantly note. The fact that his moral character is deficient likely indicates health problems far beyond merely psychological.
As I keep repeating his aggression and arrogance shows him to be a wannabe guru. And sadly, too many of his followers give him deference, instead of challenging him to push forward the scientific debate. But I get why they do it. For anyone who won't bow down to him, he won't talk to him. He has said that he refuses to talk to diet advocates, even though they obviously could help him be healthier. My sense is that he doesn't like diet advicates because he sees them as competitors. And he knows that these other experts arent going to treat him with kids' gloves, as do his followers.

Its sad that Jack lets his ideas get in the truth sometimes. I read weston a prices book 5 years before jack popped up. It changed my life just knowing that food caused bad health and development disorders. In the 1930 these tribes were either living traditionally or had adopted the worst of all foods. Sugar flour and tinned meat, probably margarine. They might have had oil lamps but no technology. Most of them were farmers or fishermen but selling their produce. The difference between then and now is orders of magnitude worse for most people.
