Great interview - thoughtful and provoking questions. Thank you! Jack Kruse is one of the only people I have been excited about listening to for years. As an artist, metaphysical practitioner I am an outside of the box thinker and researcher who uses vibration and sound in healing, as well as cold, symbols and red light. I get up to see the first light and ground every morning and am impressed with his ability to pull from the mitochondria connection to light. I live in Maine, so need to make use of this cutting edge research - in very accessible and practical ways.

But at the same time... I wish Jack could Teach instead of preach... there's a big difference. When you consider it took him 20 years after his education and now 20 years after his enlightenment to get to this point... he needs to learn to teach it to laymen.. in a way that is understandable. I've learned to decipher his rants and relisten and study but it should be easier... not everyone is going to be educated/smart enough or persistent enough to wade thru it as it's presented.. basically 20 years of rambling blogs that you have to pay for .... and interviews to get a few basic facts down that are the basis of the physics of the body.....

I don't understand everything that he talks about, and listening to him highlights the grave deficiencies of my education.

Exactly... I see you comment on a lot of the Kruse talks I listen to... it does take a certain persistence to hang with Jack... wish he would do more teaching methods that would bring his knowledge to more people but I Continue to hang in and listen and re-listen and he definitely is at the top of the understanding of the quantum .physics heap... glad several are pulling this knowledge from him in a way it can be understood by more. I subscribed to his cheaper Patreon and am wading thru old talks.... First couple times I've heard him talk of the olfactory attraction which somehow I learned years ago that Birth Control pills had messed up the mating riutal as people were meant to mate with people with more complimentary immune systems by using smell... but the BCPill messed that up mating ritual and mis -matched people.and divorce rates went up due to mis-matches as well as causing more immune system dysfunction.

@@lmyers9999 Interesting...I'll have to think about that. Humans are unique in terms of mating and sexuality already, having an understanding of contraception, and when women entered the workforce in large numbers after WWII, it changed the dynamic in unforeseen ways. People still argue about roles and childrearing, which I just witness dispassionately now that I am old and have "been there, done that."

Have you ever heard of the Golden Gnomon? It is an isosceles triangle in which the ratio of the equal sides to the base is the reciprocal of the Φ ratio.
The gnomon is the raised part of a sundial that casts the shadow.
In ancient Greece γνώμων (gnomon) is 'one that knows or examines'.

Brilliant session, well done. In regard to the Cancer and Warburg points of discussion. I comprehend the position on timing vs fuel source. My question would be “how does inappropriate consumption of high carbohydrate out of season food or fructose affect the timing and cancer? How do we explain the reversals we have seen utilizing fasting, and Seyfrieds strategies? I have seen direct examples of stage four cancers completely reversed by these methods. I ponder that perhaps eliminating these non seasonal high energy foods might reset the bodies timing?
If anyone has links or directions to Quantum Cancer Strategies, I would appreciate any direction or thoughts. Cheers

I've done fasting and some keto periods in the past 2 years. And urine becomes yellow/orange and it maybe a sign of ketone metabolism or something a kin to fast burning. Skin exposure while eating carbs and a normal day, urine looks like i'm in ketosis. normal carb consuming blood sugar say 90-110 and showing 0.8 blood ketones. very interesting. before this i would be similar blood sugar but 0.2 ketones. Jack has said who cares about ketones, more sun on skin and eyes may tell the body to burn fat. This is my experience just in 2 weeks. It's as if i'm in ketosis while eating what ever i want, more carbs for sure. Nothing processed or seed oils as usual the past 2 years.

Don't forget the fact that if a man gets into a relationship with a woman that is on birth control and she goes off it at some point, the divorce rate goes through the roof. The change in her hormones in either direction causes the same issues in how she smells. There was a guy I went on a date with and realized the moment I saw him I wasn't attracted but I went forward on the date. He kissed me later on and his mouth tasted terrible to me I was even more repelled and of course it was only that one date for us. I think it's part of the reason people don't want to kiss those that smoke because the taste and smell in itself affect the senses in an obvious way but it also affects attraction to their genetics. If you smoke your genetics aren't healthy then. Makes an interesting point with people that drink and hook up, senses being screwed around with to mate. Which if you understand nature those kinds of behaviors are used by various male species to get their genetics out.
