This is the problem with your device. You can't install those apk which are not supported by your device.
Maybe you are installing wrong apk try to search for the apk which is suitable for your device architecture.

Yes, It happens sometime but at the end the problem is with our apks only. We will have to figure out whether the apk which we are trying to install is made for our device or not.
If you can send me the split apk and your device name/model on my telegram than only I could help you further.
@@moddedgamer3801 well I have figured it the app couldn't install cause it supports arm64.8a that my cpu does not support...is their a way around that..I tried tweaking the apk through apk analyzer but no use..

I don't think that is possible without root. As theme is a system app and you can't modify any system app without root permission.
