1st call center I worked in was terrible. People arguing and some actual fights, it smelled like mj and one of the managers got arrested in the parking lot one day. Alot of the reps knew some trick to not get any calls so they would sit around and get paid while a lot of us were b2b calls and no the bosses didn't say anything about it, most were hooking up with eachother. I worked in a couple nice CC's but the best one was beautiful, it had game rooms, library, mini hospital, relax stations with private beds for naps, a full cafeteria, a gym and a ton of other really nice amenities. My last job was taking calls from home which was really nice. The worst thing about CC jobs, is that when customers are mad, they call in and yell and berate the very person who is answering the call and probably going to help them. A little kindness goes a long way. You don't have to act like a dick to get what you want. Also, demanding a supervisor does not mean you can get your way for everything. Just curious though, are your cc's allowed the use of cp? Ours is very strict, not even a piece of paper on the desk. Only a bottle of water is allowed.

When I worked at a call center, cell phones were not allowed at the desk.
This reminds me of working for Sony Playstation and Square Enix.....GOOD MEMORIES AND LIFE LONG FRIENDS
Habibi come to India if you wanna know the real meaning of what call centre stands for😂😂😂
I do want to work in this call centre, I will worship my job if I have this kind of 😊

Is there any difference between call centre and a scam call centre?
We can't have paper or phones at Amazon, unless you wanna get fired on the spot
*laughs at Work From Home*
Yeah same here and all the time that humiliating warnings guys display your employee cards don't do this and that or the business intelligence will detect you in the CCTV you'll get fired blah blah blah
Lucky you to be able to videotape. I'd get the hipaa riot act if I did same lol
No phones allowed at stations, no pens, papers, books.
All liquid containers must have a cap.
The shift is 10 hours long.
No web browsing and restroom less than 5 min or you will be warned.
And watch out for PW (Performance Warning).
We can't even bring our cellphones with us. This is something!
Wow a heaven. I worked in call centre for a year & I still am recovering from the effect. I got throat infection multiple times but still was forced to work even if I am not able to speak. Man I wish this was my call centre life.
