This is a long one: I feel that Shuma and Mephisto get beat easy if not in their Realms (and even then he wins). Dormammu has the power to take Spectre down (by erasing him) with amps from the other Hell Lords. Nightmare nearly absorbed fiction and has gotten to LT levels before so He would win in a 1v1. Shuma wins against Spectre easily if they can leave the neutral verse and go out into the space between Universes (where his true form and power exist). Cytorrak slaps him easily and is more similar in power to Oblivion and Beyonder than these Hell Lords. How the Battle happens: Mephisto tries to beat Spectre and takes him to his realm too but loses. Shuma then gets involved and takes him to the Space Between Universes (this is where Spectre has to use more of his power). However seeing this, Nightmare is told by Cytorrak to do something (that is later on in the statement). Meanwhile Shuma ends up losing but Spectre is tired. Spectre then gets amped by Collective Unconscious and heads in for Round 2. Dormammu starts fighting against Spectre and starts winning. Meanwhile Nightmare goes to DC and puts all the Collective on Earth to sleep (this is what Cytorrak told him to do). After this (assuming Dormammu loses), Cytorrak beat Spectre easily who then tries to escape and head back to DC but they are all asleep. Dream (full self) gets rid of Nightmare or they become one. Suffice to say Cytorrak then leaves and if Spectre comes back he erases him for good.
I would say if Nightmare has the same level of prep that he did when he almost took over the ideaverse, he could potentially give specter a run for his money

Raven is an adult and free of her father's influence completely more stable. but she doesn't have much appearance except teaching Shazam magic. If outside of realms. Raven may win but her writers are morons and inconsistent Rebirth Raven's nerfed to death and inconsistent like like she struggling against Black Manta next she stomped and nearly killed Mongul even admitted that he'd be dead if she didn't hold back.
