    I just looked at my cigarette lighter fuse of my 2012 Dodge Charger se and there was a 30amp fuse in the spot when everyone else said it should be a 15amp fuse . Can someone help me out. I know it not that hard to change a fuse but I don’t want to burn something out. Help me out Guys.

      I had a similar issue before reason was cause it needed a stronger amp to run it

    • @c_money8080
      @c_money8080 2 года назад +1

      I would suggest going with the fuse it is rated for. The 15 Amp will stop you from burning up anything. It's possible someone put in a higher Amp fuse for a tire inflator or something that needs more amperage but that can burn up the wires. I know this was from 2 months ago but hopefully it helps 🙂

    do you know how to access the wiring harness i have an issue where my stereo head unit and it shows that is has no current when i tested it but it recently turned on and then turned off again so i have reason to believe that it is the wiring harness. Your help would be very much appreciated.

    • @ivanmontelongo7263

      it has stayed off for months and i switched the fuses and it still wasnt getting power so i thought there was no current but then it turned on for a bit then turned off again so i kind of want to check the wiring harness but i cant find helpful information on how to do it
