I got a Palma recently but I also have a kobo. I read on both. There are maybe too many customizations on the Palma, I agree, LOL. With the kobo, it just works without much adjusting. But I use the Palma when I want to read on certain apps or I want something more portable. So far I’m pretty happy with it. Currently reading Moby Dick.
Great video, thanks, have just subscribed to your channel! Does Palma 1 or 2 have sunken/recessed screen, or both models (and colors) have the same screen? I know that Leaf 2 have different screens (sunken and flush) on their two different colors, black or white, but not sure if that's the case with the Palmas. Thanks!
First, thank you for subscribing it means a lot to me! 2nd, they both are flush, but if you look closely, there is a small gap for the lights to fit. The screen is made out of PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), a transparent, hard plastic material with good optical properties.
