    GREAT video, and particularly also thanks to the few ACTIONABLE indications where to buy the topical/liposomal products. This is what always miss from hairloss channels, also giving advice where to buy products, and with a review of trusted laboratories/brands. Thank you so much for that, and please keep the actionable videos and with products/brands recommendations coming.

    This whole thing is just so fricken crazy. It's almost 2025 for heaven's sake. What happened to all the big names we use to hear about 15-20 years ago. People like Cotsarelis, Washenick, Christiano, etc.. They were all so passionate about finding a final solution to hair loss/baldness. Did they fall of the edge of the Earth? Did someone hand them a large check under the table? The fact that we are in a time of near AGI/Quantum Computers, and still using drugs found by accident in the 80s and 90s, is just nuts!

    My doctor prescribed a lotion containing 3% Redensyl (a minoxidil alternative), emu oil (for better absorption), and dutasteride, while I'm also taking 2.5mg of minoxidil tablets daily.

    after 2 years i am still using the saw palmetto extract i got from the doctor after the ht. I used to take these tablets when I felt my hair was leaking a lot and you could see my scalp more, so I didn't have a schedule, also because I got side effects like breast growth if I took this tablet every day.
    Am now on half a tablet every 3rd day, which seems to be working well with no side effects.
    I also use the Dermaroller 0.5mm every 3rd day and Minoxidil every evening

    then how are any companies selling Topical Dutasteride? If it is not being sold as "must do with micro-needling?" HH sells it and I have seen a guy on reddit with befor and after photos and it was pretty dramatic.

      Because nobody wants to tell you that the hair regrowth solution they offer comes also with the necessity of wounding your scalp and poking 1000s of painful holes into your head regularly. DYOR and be careful who you listen to.

    I’m so confused, I just need to know the best route to take.
    I’m 39 and just started to see significant hair loss in the last few months from taking testosterone and HGH supplements (I stopped immediately when I started to notice it). Only I can notice it, but if I do something effective now, I should be able to maintain most of my hair. PLEASE HELP 🙏

    why not try the same with topical finasteride?
    maybe 0.05 fina with microneedeling once a week.
    should yield very similar results with less dht reduction

    • @nushynush8855
      @nushynush8855 2 месяца назад

      I’m not sure, I think you can get away with topical dut once a week, because of the long half life. But finasteride doesn’t have the same long half life. Also if you microneedle and then apply finasteride then it’s guaranteed to go systemic to a great degree, it would be better to take it orally at that point.

    • @AlexV-jh7ul
      @AlexV-jh7ul Месяц назад

      Finasteride is only 372 daltons so there's no need to microneedle it. If you are not experiencing side effects on 0.025% topical fin, just increase the concentration until you do. For any given level of systemic side-effects, topical fin will work better (i.e. give you lower scalp DHT levels) than oral fin, and it's cheap enough if you DIY to be able to get any reasonable concentration you might want. The only drawback is that you can't do it around cats or pregnant women.

    hair massage is regrowing my hair more without these toxic, garbage pills. My crown is almost fully filled, top middle is filling. My spouse touched my head and asked what's wrong. When I touched it it felt like fuzzy carpe. If only I wasn't so lazy and massaged regularly.
