I like giving socks and conversations about God to the homeless population where I live. It seems a sort of union: I'm happy to give and share, the homeless are happy to receive and share with me, and God is loving every one. This has been called a win/win scenario. Is this Tapah?
Thank you Dada. Today i came home after job and first i didn't wanted to do meditation, cuz i was tired, but after watching your video, i did it :) Tapah!
Thank you very much Dada . I am Taruna Deva from Rio de Janeiro Brazil. I am marguii and I was needing exactly to rear that message . Your videos are very inspiring to me . great work ! Baba´s Grace !
I feel that Jesus is the highest example of tapah: he decided to undergo hardship for the sake of our liberation. He showed us the path of the true yoga
Agree. Also I feel confirmed that the way of chastising oneself as e.g. Opus Dei members do with their cilice is not what god wants. It ist not about imitating Jesus suffering as plain suffering, but as an example for selflessness and sacrifice
Thank you for the valuable and beautiful message. It is very deep and at the same time you make it quite relatable. I will look at suffering in a different way.
Tapas is very underrated. It was after doing tapas that Buddha got enlightenment. Life of Jesus was full of suffering. I believe the pain has the potential to create drastic changes.
Better watch that tapah, or service to others. If you get tangled up with a narcissist or another cluster B type or the bottomless pit type, your life can be turned upside down. it is important to always know the difference between involvement and entanglement.
Namaskar. Interesting video. Here are a couple of questions. I do not understand why you equate pain and suffering. For me those two things have nothing in common. Pain is a signal from the body or mind that something is wrong or about to go wrong. Suffering is a choice (not the noble choice you talk about, but rather inability to see pain or discomfort for what they are i.e. merely warning signals). Also, I would really love to understand why the supreme entity would be satisfied with an offering of meditation. Please let me know if I am missing something, because I would like very much to understand exactly what you mean in this video. Thank you.
C'mon man .. What is Tapas and how do you do it?????!!!!!!! Please just simply explain what it is and how do you do it! Can't be that difficult! Is it meditation? Do you sit down to do it or stand up? Does it involve mantras or prostrations or fasting or????? What is it? Grrrr!!!!

Connie, from Hindu eyes, Jesus is also a yogi who transcended his humanity into divinity....
