This was a lovely conversation about dandelion. I just recently started a tincture with the flowers. I look forward to experiencing it when it's ready.
Such a beautiful chat about such a beautiful plant! I am blessed this year to already have lots of dandelion available because of the strange weather patterns here in Scotland this winter. I actually already have a large bucket of harvested plants in the kitchen sink for processing into dried leaves and roots that I grabbed before another snowfall hid them all again, not to mention the greens have made their way into almost meal I've made in the last week- chopped into bolognaise tonight along with lemon thyme and oregano that were dried last summer and blended into my brocolli and feta soup. One of my favourite ways to use them is in 'garden pesto' with a mixture of anything green and tasty that shouts on me as I wander through my little slice of Eden. Thank you both for sharing your wisdom and recipes! 🌱🦁🍃

Hi Rosalee. So nice to lessen to your broadcast. I bleached my dandelion leaves . After I will roast them with garlic and other herbs in frying pan. It’s what I use for putting on my dandelion pizza with cheese. Delicious. Keep teaching us true your RUclips program. You are such a inspiration to all of us. Have a sweet day. 😎🤓
I did a class with Nancy at International Herbal Symposium about making herbal products, she is wonderful and I have her lovely book The Herbalist Way and 3 of Michael Phillips book - been following his advice to grow my holistic orchard. Was so sorry to hear about Michael's passing last year - two classes with him at the international herbal symposium also - the one about the Pandemic preparation and another about mushrooms. So glad to hear her talking on your channel. I am currently taking a class with Phyllis Light who is also a treasure. Thank you for having Nancy on your channel!
Love this talk on one of my favorite plants. Interestingly, dandelion has not been very present on my plot and I've really tried to nurture the few that I have. An amazing plant and I so appreciated learning more today.
Beautiful discussion about a beautiful plant!

Hi! If you are asking how to get Rosalee's books, both Alchemy of Herbs and Wild Remedies are available anywhere books are sold.
