Visited OSV yesterday and what a wonderful experience! This place is going to make a huge comeback as this type of historical experience is becoming more and more fascinating as our current society moves ahead into the future. One thing I learned is this village is a fictitious recreation of what new England towns were like in those days. This particular village is not an actual piece of a village that existed, but rather a recreation of a historical time period. The buildings and artifacts are collected from all over new england.
Very nice video. You two do a great job of it. I’m a potter at the village. Sorry we were not operating the shop during your visit. Y’all come back now, hear
One small comment on your hookup. The safety chains should ALWAYS be crossed when attached to the towing vehicle. The reason for this is if you ever have the trailer come loose, the tongue will drop down and land on the "X"ed portion of the chains preventing it from contacting the ground.
Thanks for the memory. I went there in grammar school. Also thank you for not being obnoxious like the guy I tried to watch before you. He was over acting which made it impossible to watch. (For me anyway) Thanks again.
