We just got back from 3 nights at Pine Haven. We were there sun-wed. There were tons of campers but besides our only neighbor who worked there, we felt like we were the only ones there. We saw practically no one. We loved how wooded and quiet it was, but I bet once the weekend rolls around it will be busier. I think it’s probably 90% seasonals. We were in a site towards the front of the campground, tucked in a corner. We heard owls at night. I think we’d go back again. It’s a little tight around some of the corners, though. WiFi was decent. Not great, but decent. And only a 30 min drive to Lincoln, where we rode the aerial tram up to the peak of Cannon Mountain.

Nothing overwhelming about Old Orchard Beach at all. We went last year and stayed in a motel where that train you shot went by in the middle of the night blaring its horn. We won’t be going back! That trip out of Keene looks familiar though! Did it myself this weekend headed to Winnipesaukee pulling my teardrop.

One of our favorite places to retreat to on a weekend. So clean and well kept and the owners are on-site and so friendly. Going there next week to close out the season.

The camping area across the street is part of the Twin Tamarack campground, but it's mostly seasonal campsites. They do have a beach, boat launch and small boat rentals on Pemigewasset Lake that can be used by all campers.

Spent last night at Lake Dennison campground in Winchendon. No hookups but some nice lakefront sites there.

We have been watching your channel for awhile now and really miss the campground reviews. We liked how you would record while going through the campground.

Checked out this campground a few years ago and found it to be trashy with too many run down seasonal campers and too many partiers.We decided it was not the place for us..but glad you enjoyed it..

Great video! We are here now, and a corporation has bought the park and it's not FCFS anymore. Reservations are made on Campspot now and the cost has doubled, but it's still worth it! Laundry is still only $1 per machine. Great place to vacation! Book ahead! They take credit cards now too. Most of the staff is still the original staff from past ownership.

Love the videos, simple and honest. As a local NH camper also I love to see local campgrounds. I'm planning on trying to do some campground reviews over the next year. Any tips? Also do you attach a go pro to the front of your camper, love the shots of going down the road.

HMM, well if you haven't used your fresh water tank in 4 years, probably should have done a bleach rinse. No doubt, after 4 years of non-use, lots of bacteria and mold from condensation formed. Just saying...don't drink that water.
