The Jordan Access has a rubber outsole but a foam midsole. If Nike can do that to an outlet bound shoe, they can do the same thing to the actual Jordan 1.
I picked up my pair off of GOAT, they were well below retail so I'm glad I didn't pay full price for them. It does seem a little different compared to other recent Jordan 1 Low OG's releases. The laces definitely feel cheaper and the toe box looks and even feels a little different. Overall, its a very clean Jordan 1 Low that I'll be adding to my rotation.

its funny that you mention this, i had here two pairs of this exact shoe and one came with the embroidered logo and one with the stamped on one, its very strange. I first bought the one that had the embroidered one and then thought i wanna buy a second pair for when the first one gets too worn out, but then i got it with that stamped on logo, it looked not as nice. Also i noticed that on the front shoe on the sides there were also more 'bubbles' (as in on the basketball surface) than on my first one, as if it was another version of the shoe completely, the leather was not as smooth, there was this weird bubbles texture in it.
@th3orist are you saying the leather on one was tumbled n one was smooth? If so that just happens and the reason why I returned my bred 4 reimagined, now for one being stamped and one being embroidered I have no idea that seems sketch as fk! Tbh

Sole premise bag for $85 is awesome. I got 4 pairs for my trip to visit home. Only problem is that anything bigger than a 12/13 high tops would get smashed. Bag favors low tops more.
On the subject of laces. Why doesn’t Nike sell laces. I would think that’s a major profit margin. They would sell a lot just as replacement for clean laces as well as alternate color options. Just seems like an accessory level item they could really capitalize on.

I remember living in Hawaii in 2015/16 and AJ1 Low OGs were sitting in Champs, FootLocker and FootAction and on sale. Shadows, Metallic Blue and Chicagos were like $70/80, man what a time! I don’t think many of us saw what was to come of the sneaker game at that time smh. I have a pair of these on the way and debating on doubling up.

i go true to size with aj1 lows and I will put an extra insole in it now the shoe is automatically down by half size and a lot more comfy to wear one stone two birds
Dope video guys and right in time before the release so we’ll know what to expect if you earn the right to purchase the shoe. Lol. I go TTS because I replace the insole with a custom orthotic and a real leather insole on top of that. I have extremely flat feet and soft midsoles stress my calf and hamstrings. My right foot is wider than my left. I could fit a half size down, I just can’t walk around all day in that size. Hopefully that helps some people. Later.

I got the metallic low red and midnight navy's this month and I must say they are absolutely a different shaped shoe then what they make now. I'm literally only going to buy all the Low's frm 2015 and call it a day until Nike decides to reunite us with tht shape in the future.

It’s a funny thing you mention at 7:05 Chris… that even the Highs don’t ALL have the same shape toe box. I once bought 2 diff versions of the AJ1 White Cement Highs and they both had diff toe boxes which I found weird. Both had diff size toe boxes, which was super unusual, I guess diff factories and human errors overseas is what causes them to be Imperfect at times.

These are legit. Classic red and white. Suttle yet attention grabbing. Less is more sometimes and they nailed that with this shoe. I might double up and put red laces in a pair. These are what you throw on when you want to wear a little red but not mess up your "nicer J's" throw aways if you will.

These are called the Jordan Access 4:02, they kinda look like Jordan 1 Mids but they’re not, but they technically are mids in terms of the height of them. I bought the Bred version of these a few years ago. Total impulse buy, but I found them uncomfortable and tryin to get rid of mine now lol 😂 they’re kinda like cheap knockoff alternatives lol 😆
Still not in OG form. Should have that larger swoosh. The toe box shape is abysmal, a complete failure and dud. Leather quality also still seems cheap af. It's like they tumble and texturize shiesty leather grain, apply a coating to it and then call it a day. Nike been phoning it in for a minute. I do like the embroidery on the heel, but far from OG so don't know why they call it that.

Im a wide footer and i go with size 10 both high and low. They feel snug and my toe toches the end of the shoe but after a few days of wearing they kind of break in and feel perfect. I tried to go half size up 10.5 and after a few days of wearing shoe feel too lose and get more crease over time.

Jordan Access is absolutely the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever put on feet. Something about the way the panels and the stitchings on the toe box are put together, but they just exerts alot of pressure on your toes from the top, and they killed me. I wore them TTS once , and I literally had to kicked them off my feet as they are so painful. Don't know how Simu Liu did it. Now they are display piece on my Marvel shelves.

I just got a pair of mids (black and royal) and i even had to go down to a ten as well. So weird. I almost always get 10.5 on all my Jordan 1s.
That's because for some stupid reason, Nike manufacturing has started making the toe boxes fatter. It's like they're mimicking the replicas. I don't get it, but that's the cause for more room in the front.

Even for OG Lows, I get them in TTS. Rather have a tiny bit of wiggle room the the times I wear thicker socks

I spent 5 minutes trying to flip the top of my black toe lows. No successful attempts. Its harder than it looks.
