@lookcatchu I wash then hand cut, skin on. Then put them in cold water. Change out the water if nessesary. Dry them off then fry at 300f, drain and fry off at 360 until golden. Finish with salt and pepper or my seasoning salt. I make a fermented ketchup sometimes too. Lol

You know why british curry reminds you of japanese curry? Because that's where it comes from. The british brought it over with them in WW2 and this is where japanese curry started.
