- Welcome to an 80s Car Show. This car show was in Burnsville Minnesota. It is called "Back to the 80's". Featuring a variety of cars from the 1980's as well as the 70's and 90's. Mostly cars from the 80's. Which are becoming classics. That's scary to think about. 80's cars being classics. I'm getting old.

Nice job Matt!! I was born in the 60's so this the 80's were my college years. Seven years of college down the drain!! Some beautiful cars there. Thanks for clearing up some foggy memories!

What a trip down memory lane! For my 1st car, I had an '84 Trans Am that I bought at an Arizona car dealership in 1986. Black with silver ground effects package, louvers on the back, T-tops, gray interior, auto, 5.0 liter H.O. 305 (that the previous owner had built up a bit), and white pinstripes all over that I did myself. It got a lot of positive comments afterward. Washing and waxing took about 5 hrs. Then I'd head down to Central Ave in Phoenix on Saturday night where everyone that had a cool car would cruise. Man, heads sure were turning when I came rolling in, with Sammy Hagar's "I can't drive 55" blasting on the radio. Great times. A lot of my youthful memories were in that car. I wish I still had it, but basically sold it cheap because the tranny was shot from too many jack rabbit launches. It was fast though, and would beat most everything on the street. Aww, the things we do when we're young. Thanks for the video.

I had a 1979 Ford 4 door in high school, it had a 5.0. loved that car in maroon color/vinyl top. Had to give it away since it rusted around the rear window frame, so the rear window caved in.

Matt, If you go to back to the 50s on saturday try to find my brother in laws green 58 impala. It has old school lace on the unusual green paint. He did the entire car body on a rotisserie.
25:57 I talked with the owner couple times. He is a short hmong really cool guy. Unfortunately it's not original Yenko version but still fast. I saw last year at Siren Nationals on the drag. In July North St Paul History Cruise will be back and usually he is there every Friday.
That's what I thought. Still a beautiful car! Thanks for the I formation. Those "Nova" Yenkos are pretty rare I thought. This being a Chevy II was cool.
