Tommie, that’s why I married my husband (21 years now), he told me his family don’t get divorced. They believe in staying together, no matter what the circumstances may be, like the Bible states clearly which was a relief of stability for me. Because I am a product of divorce and I am from a family (aunts and uncles) who ended their marriages. Later on in their lives, they realized that they should have stay with their spouses.

Before I married him I watched how he treated his mom, sisters, aunts, and nieces; he always had them laughing at his jokes. He was always available if they needed his help. My father told me “you have a good man” and my mother, sisters and brothers have a good relationship with him too. I don’t believe a woman should stay with a man that beats on her. If he physically and mentally harms you, he is an insecure selfish man that only love himself because he don’t care for or love you.

With the first season you can tell that the dating process was more trying and more thorough. With current seasons, it feels more rushed and physical
They eliminated a whole bunch of guys at the beginning to reflect the dating scene of the city (more women than men). Then they were stuck with the same 3 men for the rest of the episodes. It was unfair to the women because the men got what they always get: options.
