Potatoes And Luncheon Meat Stir Fry | SPAM and Potatoes

Here is another Chai Png staple, Potatoes And Luncheon Meat (SPAM) Stir Fry. It's easy and fast to make. It's even better with beer.
Ingredients:
1 tin luncheon meat
1 potato, large
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, medium
120 ml water
Sauce:
3 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
