Mel S In Naples it is 1000 years that we fold whole pizza, or slices of it as a wallet.
It is the more practical way to eat it when dough is really soft and loosen like in the Neapolitan Pizza.

There's no such thing as pepperoni on a traditional neapolitan pizza (and in general, in Italy we don't have pepperoni but just spicy salame) and Pizzeria Da Michele here in Naples doesn't have pepperoni pizza so no, you won't find it
