Agreed. Salvage and rebuilding could save enormous amounts of metallic resources nationwide. If there is any field where more workers are needed everywhere it is small engine repair and service. If someone wants to find work where they now live, such rebuilds present a real job opportunity for self-employment. If I can take on such projects and successfully complete them in my 80s, those still in their teens and 20s certainly can as well.
