Hmmm, I’m curious 🤔 why are the noodles more uniform in the ending shot with the sauce compared to when you showed the noodles in your hand you had soaking in cold water.
at 5:12 she says she didn't end up shooting what she mixed the noodles with. The footage is from the sichuan hot and sour noodles recipe, where she used store-bought noodles.
Noodle week couldn't have come at a better time. There seems to be a rice noodle shortage in my city. I went to three stores with no luck. Now I can make them myself. Thank you!
You are officially the vegan queen of noodles! I am just in awe at all the different types of noodles you've made on this channel! I love the potato starch noodles, too! Thank you so much for sharing all of this with the world
These are some of my favorites; I see how easy the process is for so many of these, and think I should source the starches from the various Asian stores here, because if we are headed for another hard lock down, I'll have plenty of time to make noodle dough! TFP : )
Thank you for the recipe, I will try it out. I am a bit confused though. How did the noodles end up looking so thin and uniform in the final dish when they were kind of grainy and uneven looking right out of the pot?
Oh, this is wonderful! I am on a low protein diet and rely on one package a day of mung bean threads.. I need to gain weight and using a different starch (or two!) is very appealing and seeing how to make my own noodles is incredible!! Can't wait to try!! Thank you so much...I didn't know this was even possible!
Thank you so much for the video this is awesome. I want to make my own because it's frustrating seeing all of the sweet potato glass noodles at the store that have "lead warnings" on them?😢 Can you get sweet potato glass noodles that aren't from China or wherever they're grown that have lead in the soil? Also can you get sweet potato flour that's not lead contaminated?
Ps now You know how to make potato starch. Yesssssss! I paid a guy $18 because of that bit of info... I was hoping to pay him $5 but he had a link with one of those support my site with merchandise... win win!
Hello! just discovered you, thank you for the recipe! these all look great! I'm half german and have always been fond of german Spaetzle. ever made those? in case you're looking for suggestions...
Hi, I have a problem/question, I tried making these noodles, but with cornstarch as a substitute as I had no potato starch. I followed all the steps, but it never activated and just became even more watery than it already was, I tried adding more of the starch, it thickened it a little, but was still too watery to stay together
Noodle making, I seen this and I seen another way which required dusting... this way appears a better slurping noodle!? I must make and have.. it’s pretty set up I think I’ll like it the way you make. I rather see how you make it ... must be safe.. zero salt and I’m not going gray or falling apart. How I interacted with noodle making and compliment.
Yes, please... I'm trying to make batter for coconut flour clear noodles instead of konjac. My goal is to make noodles for elderly diabetic persons thank you. Send me a notification. Thanks in advance.
Makes something else and at the end complete different noodles are in the dish, look at the size, she bought it from the shop. This is the kind of person who shows her beautiful sister for marriage proposals and once groom agrees, she's appearing in the wedding to marry him instead of her sister.
Hmmm, I’m curious 🤔 why are the noodles more uniform in the ending shot with the sauce compared to when you showed the noodles in your hand you had soaking in cold water.
I had the same thought! The end noodles looked very refined.

The end noodle is not hand-made.
at 5:12 she says she didn't end up shooting what she mixed the noodles with. The footage is from the sichuan hot and sour noodles recipe, where she used store-bought noodles.
She replaced the original noodles with store bought ones. That's a disappointment because it makes me feel that the noodles she made, didn't hold up.

the dough at 1:55 and the noodles at 4:29 give me an octopus alien feel 0_o the "arms" slowly creeping into the cold water. Aaah :'D

The noodles that were made were not the ons that were used in the end!!
I watched this at work and HR called.
Where is the recipe? What are the measurements of ingredients?
