This is a really good video. I’m going to be starting an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and these sorts of videos have been great to give me a basic knowledge of the different concepts. Great work!
Hey mate, you should check out the channel of Cal Dietz. He says it's always a bad idea to brace the trunk because doing so will always result in a lower jump height or slower sprinting speed and acceleration.

@@FlowHighPerformance1 does that mainly come from doing drills with the emphasis on dorsiflexion? And over time it becomes more natural? Im assuming trying to consciously dorsiflex mid stride during a sprint isnt the right way to go about it, thank you!
